If you have anxiety, try these things:
- Cold shower everyday after waking up
- Yoga
- Meditation
- Healthy diet
- Exercise
- Let go of your ego and accept that you are weak. Learn how to accept your weakness and losses. Don't worry about others, and accept losing. Losing makes you strong if you are willing to learn from it. Be more willing to fail instead of winning. Be more willing to make mistakes instead of doing it perfectly. Be more willing to show your flaws rather than please others. Let go of your big ego.

Psychedelics are just an exceptional mental health breakthrough. It's quite fascinating how effective they are against depression and anxiety. Saved my life.
Yes, dr.sporessss I have the same experience with anxiety, depression, PTSD and addiction and Mushrooms definitely made a huge huge difference to why am clean today.
Yes he is. dr.sporessss
Microdosing helped me get out of the pit of my worst depressive episode, a three year long episode, enough to start working on my mental health.
Can Dr. sporessss send to me in UK?
Absolutely, his offerings extend to global delivery, prioritizing complete confidentiality for individuals valuing their privacy.
Psychedelics like psilocybin mushrooms have shown a lot of promise in helping people with mental health issues.
I know, right! It's mind-blowing how psychedelic trips can be so individual and unique, even when people take the same amount at the same time.
Can he send to me in Ohio?
Not just that,
he provides a variety of items, including mushrooms, LSD, DMT, and even chocolate bars.
These mushroom comments seem to be bots. Note the bad grammar and inconsistencies. In one comment thread, they say he's "dr. healingstrain", yet in another, it's "dr. vincentshrooms." And then immediately 5+ similar comments saying "this saved my life" etc.
Not saying shrooms can't actually be helpful, but beware scammers and be safe.

I suffered severe anxiety years ago. I could remember several years ago, I was diagnosed with OCD. Suffered severe anxiety and mental disorder. Congrats on your recovery. Most persons never realizes psilocybin can be used as a miracle medication to save lives. Years back i wrote an entire essay about psychedelics. they saved you from death bud, lets be honest here.

This can work for people who are experiencing momentary anxiety, but for those who’ve been in a state of anxiety for years, much deeper work is needed. I started a yin yoga practice and it took over six years for the system to cleanse itself of anxiety. Extremely deep body work is needed.
This is a wonderful start to become aware that there are things we can do wherever we find ourselves dealing with anxiety who knows it could lead to yoga, if that is what we want to do, there are many other ways Thanks again my Friend!
Yes. I've tried every meditation and breathing technique and tapping and it only gives a little relief then I'm back to anxiety through the roof. My hair is falling out, I can barely eat , my digestive system is haywire and I can't get more than an hour or two of sleep ever. This is constant for 9 months now. Antidepressants and antipsychotics make me worse ( Antidepressants have driven me to s.attempts). I'm in total hell. I don't know what to do.
@@justinebourke9449 hi justine how are you? what kind of anxiety you have?
@@justinebourke9449 it will get better my advice is focus on improving the one thing your struggling with the most instead of trying to deal with everything at once, you will in time just focus on one thing and dont let yourself become unfocused by racing thoughts
You are so right. The only thing to do is to take action, there is not trick or any smart ways to deal with anxiety at all. Changing our habits and mindset is not done thru' any miracles. It is hard work and is done little by little by taking concrete action, again and again and again, till we realise and experience the change to become out new habit. If you have been in a state of anxiety for like 5 years - It will also take 5 years to get back on track again. That is the truth none of these smart yoga, meditation, self-development coaches etc tells you - they just want your money.. Same goes to all the sellers of antidepressants and other medicine..

I have struggled with mental illness and my mental health since I was a kid. Before I even knew what those terms were. After years of depression, anxiety, and even an attempt to take my life, I never thought I would be able to live without SSRIs medications. I clung to them because it was the only thing that made my mind quiet, but it also made me a zombie. Microdosing has given me control of my mental health for the first time, and they essentially gave me my life back.

So true it's so hard having anxiety and stress overwhelming.😢
Anxiety has been the hardest hurdle I have had to battle in life….other than my parents with dementia.
Stay strong, you got this
Amazing that something so seriously intense and dibilitating can be addressed even momentarily with this simple technique. Thank you 😊
Sauna. Yoga. Gym. Exercising. Running. Meditation. Cold plunges. You gotta get that energy moving. From there make your house uncomfortably warm. Bring more pillows to support your back when you sleep and to hug. Drink very warm or even hot tea or some kind of drink. Make sure that your bed is also very warm. Hug something that you can place on your stomach and chest. Do some figuring out. Don't run away. You got this. Once you're ready, get out and see people. Being around people is one of the signs you're getting better. These will help if you're going thru knee weakening stuff, real bad stuff. You got this.
all the things I avoid..
Everything will work out for you. Remember to take deep breaths during the day and you can get through any difficult situation. You got this. You are strong and courageous and have the ability to overcome any obstacles in life.

I had my first panic attack at the age of 36. I didn't know what was happening to me and fortunately my dad came over and took me to the hospital. They told me I was having a panic attack and I still didn't understand anything about it. I have had so many since I had the first one and was put on medication for 30 years now. I have read how bad this the withdrawals are going to be if I ever stop taking the benzos. I know many people who have recently been cut off of the meds they were put on years ago and honestly I am afraid of what I will go through if I am cut off of the benzos. I don't understand why it has taken so many years for the Drs to finally say that they are very bad for you. Light and love to all who need them and have to be taken off of them after years of being on them.
That's good advice. Thank you. I ended up at the ER due to anxiety on a few occasions and with the long wait times, I found that putting my elbows on my knees and dropping my head really does help👍🏻

It's that cold dark sucking vortex in your stomach, heart racing, sweaty palms, heavy chest, brain on fire, fear, feeling of walls closing in on you again, isn't it? Everyday, like a clock. Anxiety happens in the body so definitely good tips to focus on the breath and body posture 💜
I suffer from chronic fatigue, which causes bad anxiety. Both issues feed off each other. The more fatigued I am, the worse my concentration is and the more I make mistakes leading to me becoming self-conscious and anxious. Also, the more anxious I get, the more it drains me. The last 16 years of my life have been quite miserable, and I'm only 28. I have trouble holding on to jobs despite my best efforts and have trouble making friends. I can't hold proper conversations as I often freeze up when people talk to me and I find it extremely humiliating. This leaves me to avoid people as much as possible. I feel overcoming my anxiety is crucial to my happiness, but it's really hard when I can barely function due to my fatigue.
I am so sorry to read that, my friend. I'm 39 and in the past 2 or 3 years life got so tied up in a knot of just troubles, problems, issues and just bad things all around me that i can't function anymore as a human being. Instead of freezing i just get very aggressive with people, sometimes ending up in fights. When i'm at home, where i supposed to feel safe i feel nothing but fear and that strange feeling like impending doom is closing in on me. It's really destructive. Herbal medicine doesn't help, benzos only help for a short while. Not even sport is relieving me of the anguish. My relationships are ruined by this and it just feels like there is no escape from it. I understand you, but sadly i can't offer any solutions. Still have hope that people like us will find peace at some point. Stay alive Arcadeus, maybe it will change.

I had 2 anxiety attacks in a span of 2 days before bc I was around people I could not control my breathing at all and I kept on texting my mom and stuff to pick me up. I never ever cry in public bc it grabs attention so it made me panic even more.
I would get so bad I would throw up till the anxiety stopped and that was only till my mind would black out. I went to classes that taught me I needed hobbies; preferably where I can be physically active and slowly introduce myself to people.
Learning to speak to people was everything. Especially nowadays where everyone takes things the wrong way and are very sensitive. I'm sadly perceived as insensitive

Bowing down with elbows on the side actually represents the position of prostration(sajda) which is done by Muslims while praying namaaz. And trust me, it does feel a lot better while and after praying namaaz, as we have to do multiple prostrations like these, with an average time of 5-10 seconds taken for each prostration. After namaaz, we prostrate one last time and let our heart out in front of the Lord. That prostration can be as long as one wants, where we mention what we aspire for, what we want and mostly positive stuff about gratefulness for the life. It's not surprising at all that what was laid down for us 1400 years ago and mentioned specifically that this thing will help solve your problems and make you feel better, science has come to find it out not until recently after extensive research and advancement.
Ty I have anxiety and this helped me a lot

Anxiety and insecurities comes from a real place that you are either neglecting or are simply unaware of, for lack of self understanding. Denial can only bring you so far, accept what you cannot control and fix and improve what you can. Chances are, you can do something about it, you are just being lazy or too arrogant to look for help, sticking your head In the sand like an austrich, taking your pills. Confidence is you being proud of yourself, succeeding an endeavor
, knowing you pushed through even tho you wanted to quit. Be brave 👏🏼💪🏼 go stay that dragon
They say take your time. I dont have time... thats why im anxious and worried.

Psychedelic’s definitely have potential to deal with mental health symptoms like anxiety and depression, I would like to try them again but it’s just so hard to source here
Psychedelics are the reason why i didn’t take my life when i was at my end. I was stripped of my ego and saw the beauty of life and interconnectivity and even though i still battle anxiety and depression, I’m doing better everyday and will never think in such a self destructive way again.
LSD and mushrooms completely changed my whole outlook on life. I became a better version of myself
This experience gave me a lot of confidence about my self and my body. A bunch of bad thought / behavior patterns were broken. One of these was pretty bad OCD that made me wash my hands a lot. It gave me a lot of hope that things will be fine, this is the one thing that I heard throughout the trip: Everything is alright. The main reason for the trip was my severe depression and it definitely helped me (although it's not gone). Before all I could do was lay in bed. Now I am trying to rebuild my life one step at a time which wasn't possible before."

Rationalize all those negative thoughts. Is there an actual problem? Are you in real danger? Is it something from the past that comes back to bother you? Think, use your reason, remove all that non-existent power that you think the situation has over you. Life isn't always nice, but you don't have to live sad and afraid. Continue!!! You are not alone. This too shall pass.

My counselor once helped me telling me that anxiety/panic attacks are just like a book. Theres a beginning, a middle, and an end. We can always recognize the beginning. But once we come to the grips that the attack is real and happening, in that moment we are now in the middle. We know its going to take a while. But it will end. The breathing will regulate, your voice will come back. Then we can realize that the end is near. Weve made it thru the hard part. Now its the end. Its over. We did it. We won.
