Kumasi is likely to be the largest city in Ghana and Ashanti is likely to be the largest Region(Province or State) in Ghana in a few years time both in terms of area and population. 2. Kumasi is the most affordable city in Ghana. The cost of living is the lowest in the country. Things in Kumasi are the cheapest in the country especially food and accommodation. 3. It's location makes it so easy to do business in any part of the Region and the country. It also has one large central business area where almost all your transactions can take place. 4. Land is easily acquired and cheaper than in all other cities in Ghana. It is also the cheapest city in terms of labour costs.

They need to build cho-cho pick up stops. The cho-chos should not be allowed to stop in the middle of traffic and pick people up. So there should be specific pick up and drop off stops for cho-chos. Welding is so under developed in the country, I do trapezoidal drainage and we normally have to change a normal excavator digging bucket to trapezoidal buckets. I have to give it to an Indian welder to do it. He charges between $450 to $600 for just one. There are Quarries, Mining and construction industry looking for such skill. But please do not seek employment, rather look to set up a business and provide excellent customer service and you will reap the rewards. As the man said, please visit and make contacts first with reputable people. Please be extremely careful with quick decisions and giving money to anyone for any deal. Now this video is what I've been looking for. This make more sense . This guy is telling it like it is....Ghana and the rest of "Africa" is looking for a particular skill set to develop their natural resources. Got It! They don't have a need for all of the Diaspora running over there from racism buying up beach front properties and starting restaurants (everyone doing the same thing). They acknowledge what has happen in the past, But To Them It Belong In The Past. These people are not as naive as some may think.
I plan on getting dual citizenship in the right country in Africa... So far, Ghana is the most ideal. As far as money earning possibilities, I been studying what certain countries lack or need an improvement on and that is where I will generate money from.
It makes me happy to see African Americans in Africa. Dynast you are doing something special brother!
Speaking for myself as a blk american. Any emotion I have for "Africa" will not come into play when i consider traveling to or perhaps even doing business in "Africa". This is my take away from "Africans" (the practical approach). BUT I WILL DEFINITELY NEVER EVER FORGET THE HARD LESSONS LEARNED FROM AMERIKA!!!!!

Are there many Black Americans who even have the skills they need like refining oil and large skill food and snack manufacturing? Black American pan-Africanists always talk of us using our skills and improving African nations, but I don't think we have that many people skilled in these areas,, especially when it comes to mass production. They need to build cho-cho pick up stops. The cho-chos should not be allowed to stop in the middle of traffic and pick people up. So there should be specific pick up and drop off stops for cho-chos. People need to be re-educated in how to catch the cho-chos and where to get the cho-chos. It will take some thought and engineering to the roads to build these but it would be worht it.

you need to visit for a temporary stay before moving there.
Reach out to the Ghanaian Ambassy in the country where you are located first and then gather the necessary documents you need before you go, while doing that save money and see if you can have a bank account in one of the Ghanaian banks and start moving money every time the dollar is strong.
Join the Ghanaian community in your location, attend the events, gather information, connect with them and strategize. You can move anywhere with the right strategy.

Dynast most immigrants have a plan when they migrate to build a home or expanding on what they left and take care of family members back home, often starting a business to support them if they can't migrate often don't. Planning for retirement and education of the next generation. Africans and Caribbean people think like that, yes some get side tracked but the main intentions is the goals.📚🌱

Welding is so under developed in the country, I do trapezoidal drainage and we normally have to change a normal excavator digging bucket to trapezoidal buckets. I have to give it to an Indian welder to do it. He charges between $450 to $600 for just one. There are Quarries, Mining and construction industry looking for such skill.
But please do not seek employment, rather look to set up a business and provide excellent customer service and you will reap the rewards. As the man said, please visit and make contacts first with reputable people.
Please be extremely careful with quick decisions and giving money to anyone for any deal. Take your time...do a lot of verification and contact other African Americans who have settled there.
