Afterstory: The company president Ogura was sentenced to death for the murder of Yoko. He was executed a month later. As for me, I now work for Asakura. I'm sure Yoko-san is now watching down on me smiling from Heaven. Sagewolf and Trina Deuhart (AdmiralTrina) are the VAs for today.
What a terrible company. A president that only gives "If you want to build a business like me" type stories and forces people to do a lot of work without rewarding them. He even hides his practices by deleting evidence and resorting to murder. Akiya sure wanted revenge for being overworked and falsely accused of murdering Yoko. A company like that should be shut down for these things, but it was good for Akakura to buy it and oust the president. A person like him should deserve hard labor for what he puts his employees through.
so the fact that she was making him work himself to exhaustion and that he was behaving exactly like the ones he was supposed to frame goes into the background only because she was undercover makes me so angry when something like this happens
i worked for Royal Mail UK for 27 years and it was expected of workers to work overtime during busy days and you were considered lazy/slacker when the mail wasn't as busy, if you refused to do overtime they would be accused of poor performance issues by line managers
I worked as a sales associate for this one company. I was Employee of the Month, third highest sales statistic, and even volunteered as Honorary Asset Protection. But the company also partnered up with this one large - and failing - retail chain of America, famous for retail thefts, rude customers, and unreasonable discount offers that, since we are only a partnering company, we don't share. The rude customers, shoplifters/criminals, and the lack of guts from our leadership, all led me to quit back in March this year. Blind optimism and unrealistic expectations in the midst of this failing economy also got me disillusioned. After I left, everybody else left. Not worth it at all working for people whose care are numbers and net income.
never mind, it's not that kind of party. the dude's boss dies and everyone claims he's the one that killed her. she had high hopes for him? yeah, right. what the hell was this? no apology, the dude feels responsible for something he didn't do and we get NO cause of death?
I think the cause is obvious. She was overworked to the point where she just flatlined. Its called karoshi and this does happen more then anyone would like
@@MasakanSolarisI think in mangas/anime well see the reference of them working for a "black company" , basically a very unethical company that exploits workers till they collapse (and basically can die which is likely the case here)
You know it's time to quit your job when you have to bend over backwards for a CEO who care less for their employee's welfare. Should that CEO took Yoko"s suggestion, then the working condition would have been improved, and Yoko would still be alive. Good story.
In japan, quit job is not that easily And to be fair, entire japan have the attitude about work similar like this They hypnotize themself to recover from ww2 by working The result is they become obsesseb with working Now they trying to change but it too late They already addiction to working and their culture become somekind of monster when it is about working They pay a big price to become top 10 big economy nation
Used to work 20-30 hours of overtime as a data analyst, to save money they promoted me to a salaried position. Hours past 40 week varies but it's usually a lot, I'm often contacted after work and on days off especially if a serious event occurs. Working for the federal government isn't the worst job I've had but it's probably the most stressful as of the last 10 years
I worked with the federal government for 23 years. In the federal government we were not allowed to work OT unless it was authorized. In my last 11 years I would work OT towards the end of the fiscal year Oct-Sept in order to close out our financials for the year. I was then compensated with paid leave.
We need an inspection company like that in the real world it could crack down on scammers and a lot of insider trading or working others to the bone like this story. Once the CEO said no to her improvement plan and deleted her data she should have gone to her brother and the cops then she might have been able to live instead of passing away from over working.
Overtime laws are extremely strict in the US. You cannot ever work past a certain amount of time allotted. You work your set hours every week no more no less. Laws were passed in the 90s about overtime because doctors were making mistakes as they were working too much overtime and were not sleeping. These were really bad screwups and it actually killed some kids. If a company gives overtime then it’s very limited to no more than a few hours per week and can’t exceed 8 hours give or take every two weeks. Also the law says you get paid close to double for doing overtime. Overtime is extremely rare as companies refuse to use it unless absolutely necessary.
i don't mind being late to this one. hoo boy, it's gonna be those aed save episode moments and the mc is labeled "a pervert" by everyone, isn't it? never mind, it's not that kind of party. the dude's boss dies and everyone claims he's the one that killed her. she had high hopes for him? yeah, right. what the hell was this? no apology, the dude feels responsible for something he didn't do and we get NO cause of death?
Ogura is the perfect example of corporate greed, he'll be in prison for the rest of his life for the murder of Yoko. Also, to answer your question, we don't do overtime of the law, the employees must be in a great health, and changing shifts, in our work is divided into 2: Official work hours Afternoon shifts I always come to work at 6:25 AM that means my work finishes at 2:30 PM from Monday to Thursday, Friday I come to work at 6:00 AM and finish my work at 11:00 AM Saturday and Sunday. There something in our work called "Annual Leave" you can only request the Annual Leave one month before you take it, for an example: if you want to go on Annual Leave on December, then you have to make that request on November. Make sure you have enough days to take annual leave and don't take an advance salary, take your paycheck like you do your job, and annual leave counts only for working days so Saturday and Sunday don't count
And just like that, the former CEO of the company Ogura was found guilty for the attempting murder of Yoko,Scandal, violating the law bullying the employees. He was sentenced to life in prison without the parole plus pay 1 million dollars 💸 in fine. Rest in peace Yoko 🙏🏾 and thank you ☀️
CEO is pure evil for what he’s done to Yoko’s he could blame her ruin her career sends her different small company hell he forced her to slept /NTR her make her loyal but why killed get other ways WTH IS WRONG WITH HIM 😡😡
What a shocking story! To learn that the person I thought was the villain turned out to be a murder victim of the true villain, who gave all the appearance of being utterly remorseless and diabolically evil. At the end, I shed tears for poor Yoko-san.
I can't seem to understand why would people accused him of kidnapping the CEO if she is on the flower collapsd so in my case in how people see it so it's ok see a dead body on ground and say its normal people die in the spot and let the body rot is that what they believe or how things work even do she is not dead but still that doesn't make any sense
A CEO is supposed to help employees and give them better pays and better flexible hours. Never force them with power or taking advantage from anybody. Now the former CEO lives to regret it
Back with my last company that fired me for getting injured on the job I worked 195 hours in 15 days and then they took 31.3 hours of overtime off to save them some money. Then the next pay cycle I was promoted to salary so they wouldn’t have to pay me as much
Black companies in Japan haven't changed a whit. The government passes laws, but they circumvent them anyway. employees are only supposed to work X number of hours, and Y number of overtime hours. So these companies make people work until they run out of time, then order them to punch out and go back to work...unpaid. for the same amount of time as before. People drop dead from overwork all the time, I saw one young news reporter collapse on live TV doing a field report, she was dead later in the hospital.
This CEO only care his company without drop down, he didn't care about his employees until one of them died because of stressful and tired body and giving bad health level dropping to worst condition. If any see CEO attitude like this better quit your job fast as possible or try to get backstory or information to get prove, save others from this. Stress is silent killer not just cancer.
I'm sorry but I don't believe in Yuko story: She was oppressing her colleague without showing appreciation and guilt but then she died because she was in fact doing something good!? I know it's a misunderstanding but I wasn't given time to despise her, then forgive her properly
Ogura should have definitely gone to prison considering the fact what he did was first degree but it's great that Mr Akakura was able to help Akiya and Ryuji expose him and buy out the company and save the other employees and also avenged Yoko. 🥲
Reason why some people don't help others in need anymore. Also, that CEO is the perfect example of corporate greed
Exactly. just because having a higher position such as a CEO and being act so mighty, doesn't mean CEO is above the law.
And the red-haired CEO is the perfect example of corporate generosity.
The perfect example of stupid employees
The CEO pushed her too far that she!
Oh my poor thing hopefully she finds peace and calmness in the afterlife
It's so strange that Yoko's family remained so calm after she passed away
Even if Yoko dumps her work on other employees, she didn't deserve to die. The CEO should be arrested

I love works as code number 945. Say no to 996. The thing is paying cut or salary won't guarantee but worsen health condition.
They tell Akiya to loosen up, but don't think he easily can while with the family of a recently deceased coworker.
