The foster parents even raised them with all the love A human could give to an adopted child. The originals most likely even let them have their real identities so they could go off the grid and continue their research. I have always wished this could happen cause this is the answer to time travel. Making a clone of myself and giving it all the things in life I wish I knew and have a better life. Be the me I was never. And then die knowing my legacy will live on.

I think the main purpose can be memory transfer. If a small kid can be cloned what about an adult. So if a person's dna is extracted when he/she was 50 and we say they die at 100 then they can be revived. With all memories of 50 years. If this was possible then the government might declare some crazy laws like no more children, since pretty much everyone can be immortal I don't know if this makes sense but just a guess many crazy things will happen that might be unimaginable now

Love the story. Personally, I doubt the 2 "originals" working with the doctor were actually originals. It would make more sense to me that they were also clones that had been raised and indoctrinated by the doctor. The idea of human cloning is fascinating, but definitely brings up huge ethical dilemmas. If a method to clone a specific body part were possible, instead of cloning an entire person, so many medical conditions could be cured. But cloning an entire person is where things get very, very troubling.

Cloning comes with legal and morality issues that can not be contained in a Manga or a comic book for young adults.
