Apologizing doesn't mean you're kissing anyone's ass or sucking up to them. It means you're a decent human being who is not only capable of, but willing to admit when he's done wrong. I think he's losing relevance because his fans are simply growing up. They've become more mature and thus better aware of just how fucked up his behavior really is, no longer distracted by his emo attractiveness or vapid/hypocritical appeals to "positive" concepts like feminism and body shaming. It's easy to put your trust in someone's words when you're a young kid, but as you get older, you begin to see the gap in what they say versus how they act, as well as how to think about what their words really mean beyond their surface-level meaning. They don't believe in Onision anymore for the same reason they don't believe in Santa Claus, they've gotten to the point where they can piece together why both are full of shit. And with the trail of sociopathy and drama Onision has left in his wake over the years, potential new tween girls are going to run into tales of his insanity long before they run into him and be scared off from ever subscribing.
I always suspected that the reason Greg seemed particularly attracted to younger girls was because a woman his age with more life experience wouldn't fall for his crap, and this I think just confirms it. Onision isn't smart enough to scam adults, that's why he has to rely on little kids for all his validation. But what happens when those little kids aren't little kids anymore? Greggy-poo has to find a new fucking job to support his women and child, that's what.

The joke is on Joy who over reacted and didn't have the skills or ability to check the date of the email or the comprehension or desire to to understand the actual truth of the matter. People are dumb if they think that apologising someone for anything is bad or apology isn't genuine if you disagree with that person. I think it's really good if you can apologise for what you think was wrong. And it's the only reason why anyone should apologise - if you think you did wrong. But that doesn't mean you instantly like or agree with everything other person does. I think apologising for things like these on the internet is very commendable quality. Most people wouldn't do it. Most people wouldn't even remember what they've done years ago.
This video is an unquestionable representation of "be the bigger person" on Daniels behalf, its amazing what a good person he can be.

I don’t think it’s wrong to contact a person’s parents about suspicions of abuse or that the person formally abused someone else. I wish it had happened to me, it could’ve saved me from some horrible abuse from exes in the past. I didn’t know my first bf had a history of stalking people and hitting his sisters and neither did my parents, so I dated him then got afraid with how quickly he became over controlling and tried to cut me off from everyone and when we broke up he stalked me and hacked my phone and computer to keep tabs on me for two years and I couldn’t do anything, a few boyfriends later (boyfriends is a strong word considering I didn’t do much of anything with any of them) and I had no idea that this guy had a history of drugging and attempting to rape girls, again my parents didn’t know either and I was almost raped. I wish someone had contacted me or my parents if I was ever in a state of mind where I was brainwashed by someone. See something say something is important, the worst that can happen is they’re aware to keep an eye out and nothing happens.
That being said I do appreciate you apologizing even if I don’t think you needed to, it’s hard to admit you did what you think is wrong and it’s even harder to apologize for that to obvious assholes who don’t like you no matter what you say because they look down on you and are defensive about ever being criticized

Wow. I had never seen that clip before. I wouldn’t be surprised if that person killed themselves. When someone’s that depressed and they feel they can reach out to someone and that person says, “take some responsibility, this is all on you.” That person just solidified their thoughts and feelings.
It’s that sad truth, but if someone has never dealt with crippling depression, you don’t know what it’s like. Most of the things you say won’t help. Now, it probably won’t hurt, unless you said something like he did.
