Became the first player in NBA history to average a triple double in a finals and he lead his team in every category. All at 36 years old. in 2015 kyrie and love was injured (basically it was bron vs the GSW)

For the most part, I agree with this. However, I do give Kevin Durant a little grace on this because Kyrie Irving is so freaking unstable, and so is Ben Simmons. This entire season would have been about when Ben Simmons is coming back and whether or not Kyrie is pouting because he didn't get a full deal and whether or not the Nets are going to trade Kyrie while he still has value instead of letting him walk next year. I just think it would have been a lot of noise around the Nets, and KD is tired. Say what you want, but KD played hard whenever he was in a Nets uniform. It was his teammate, Kyrie, who failed him. KD is partially to blame for being a follower and not putting his foot down with Kyrie, but at the same time, he knows how Kyrie is, and Kyrie would not have listened to him. There is slight blame on the Nets front office, but at the end of the day, Kyrie messed up the whole plan, and KD is just sick of it. He said himself that knows he only has a few more years to play ball. He is not going to waste it on a bunch of nonsense and moody people who don't want to play. He clearly does not trust Ben Simmons or Kyrie anymore.
