If you're a beginner, use light weights so you don't get too sore. But the general rule of thumb is: to build bigger muscles, use a weight that you can only do 8 to 10 reps. For toning, use lighter weights for 10-12 rep set (sometimes 12 to 15).
please consider doing another barbell/dumbbell workout!!!!! they are fun and effective

On your website the weightloss programs, programs 1-3. Do you update workouts since you guys are always coming up with new routines? I purchased program 1 and love it so far. do you think you could make a video about belly shape? i no weird right? its just it seems easier for sum to get a flat stomach than othrs. i would never do anything to risk my health for just the aesthetic, but sure does look nice. and it seems other people with the same build and height but weigh more or the same have a flat stomach and mine is still round even after i dropped a few dress sizes last year. thnks in advance. sorry for my weird question. ;) ps im in my healthy weight zone.

Great helpful video, but I just noticed the lady did a hammer curl and the guy did the normal curl while doing lunges.
how come you guys never go all the way down when squatting?
Isn't she going too much down while doing squats? It is not straight and like sitting in a chair at all where she stops. Am I doing something wrong while squatting?
Super Guguttoo 90 degrees, like his, is the standard if you can't go as low as she can, but hers is more of a 45 degree angle and is more effective
