Old school strength training. Definitely my favorite type. I'm impressed how many rests I had to take in between sets. I know it's meant to be superset but it felt like the classic kind of strength training for mass. I miss this type of routines.

These videos are perfect, you can workout simultaneously and moreover they're free. I am so addicted to this cute, fit couple, and always anxiously waiting for their next video. What I cannot understand why there is always someone who dislikes these videos, I mean why?
FitnessBlender took me from 340+ to 200 lbs. A few years back a trainer told me don't look at the scale look at your body. I'm solid. I love it. After them demon 1000 KCL workouts I feel like charging a truck.
I usually hate arms and shoulders strengthening workouts and avoid them like the plague. Weirdly I was in the mood for this and wow, it did really test my limits. Need to get on the arm strengthening game because I have a lot of work to do. I lowered down weights when I needed it but it is always nice when the trainer does too so you know no one is superhuman :P Thanks for the training!
After finishing this I was at around 8,700 lbs lifted according to my workout calculator. I then added an extra Superset for 3 sets consisting of lying rear delt raises and concentration curls. Finishing my workout at 12,040 lbs lifted. Which is more than I usually do when working out at home, overall a great workout and I will be doing it again!
Great workout! I appreciate all of your workouts. They're convenient, fun and great for whatever I am in the mood for each day (cardio, arms, legs and even relaxation)! At the beginning of this video though, you suggested that men would like the workout for strength building and women more for appearance. This is a little stereotypical I think... Personally I'm doing the workouts to recover and build strength after surviving breast cancer surgeries and treatment. Again, I totally appreciate and enjoy your workouts... Just a little comment to be understanding and sensitive to the fact that we all work out for our own reasons. I look forward to my next workout with you! :)
thanks for putting this one on Facebook, saw last night, so got it ready and did this morning, good just working solely on arms, only trouble I have is the type of weights ,I only have the roll on /off weight off the dumb bells so I use the same heavy ones on the dumb bell and two smaller ones in my hands, better than nothing,.

I have a really hard time keeping my arms still i.e. my elbow over my shoulder in the overhead tricep extension. Your arms don't move!! Any suggestions? That was a great little workout, my arms are going to feel that tomorrow. Thanks.

In their other videos when they do arm workouts they say you can do it standing or seated. Whatever is comfortable for you or what you have handy. I find it better to stand because seating throws me off.

no. be sure to replenish and feed your muscles after with protein and a good meal and you should be on your way to getting swole without stunting any growth.
I really love fitness blender and have been using a lot of the workouts. However, I really hope that in the future, you'll steer clear of gendered language. The way I see it, these workouts are for everyone and you don't need to say strength trainings are for ladies, too. Thanks for all the hard work!

Workout #3 for round 3, glad it's arms day, my legs are pretty sore from the last couple of days!

Went so quickly - it was over before I knew it - I had more left in the tank - I guess I needed to up my weights :)

Maldini88 low reps are more towards strength and higher reps are for building bigger muscle
