@@354sd no problem. I can get in more details if you want. Very surprising the first time it happens. No one had warned me. As you enter the cloud you start to feel like a couple people are hitting you slightly with their fingers at some random places on your body. Until finally you come out the cloud, more or less or completely wet, see the ground, pull your parachute and feel like a superhero. @@354sd Sure is. I’m sure more experienced skydivers could tell you about it or have tons of stories, I’m still a noobie (around 15 jumps). It is the most exhilarating stuff imo, though I’m sure with time and experience, like everything, the amazement probably fades over time. But yes nothing compares to being in the sky like this, our brains haven’t evolved to be this high in the air for no reason at all so it sure is a crazy feeling. Definitly try it if you haven’t 💪 Like I tell my friends, dying without having skydived is as sad as dying a virgin ! Maybe more 😅 Take care !
I don't know what the guidelines are for sky diving in foggy weather, but I imagine it's "don't do it" because what you described is how that could be. Edit: Altimeters, hooray for technology.
I notice people say you get wet going through clouds but my first ever tandem jump we went through the clouds and I never felt any sensation of getting wet. Just felt like falling through a puffy white layer of air, but was still pretty cool nonetheless.
I am also afraid of heights but I still fly, skydive, wing walk and zip-line! You just need to go through the fear barrier and do it anyway. In fact if you haven't done a skydive already then do some Indoor Skydiving if you can. With Indoor Skydiving you just walk into the wind tunnel and then 'free-fall' at head/chest height with an instructor to guide you and keep you safe. No height involved unless you opt to do a 'Hi-Fly' in which the instructor does that with you to keep you steady. You do not have to do that though. I did two Indoor Skydive sessions before doing a 10,000ft skydive all of which can be seen on my channel. I like to think that the Indoor Skydives helped me to prepare for the real skydive in some way. The Indoor 'free-fall' feels VERY similar to the proper free-fall so even if you decide not to do a proper skydive at least you'll know how the free-fall feels. It feels like you are floating rather than falling and that is due to the air pressure pushing up against your body. It is pure BLISS! As the other commenter KeppinYouUp07 said the hardest part is everything leading up to exiting the plane. I was SHIT-scared before getting in that plane. Fortunately for me my fear went just before getting in the plane and I enjoyed the entire experience from take off in the plane to landing under the parachute. In fact you are SO high there really isn't a reference point. It's like looking at a Google Map! Skydiving from 10,000ft appeals to me more than a 150ft bungee jump! I am booked to do my first bungee jump next month though and also a 15,000ft skydive!
I did it twice. Falling feels more like floating and less like a carnival ride. The scariest part is the ride up. As soon as I was falling the fear went away!
It's not that scary, you just do what you came to do. You kind of get tunnel vision the first time around so it isn't so scary. The second time is scarier because you've done it before and you're more relaxed, so you have more time to realise how insane what you're doing is. But if you think this is scary, watch a video of someone standing at the door while people are jumping. Watching people rapidly fly away from the plane is quite terrifying.

The sky and this beautiful music... these two things made me think about life. Heaven is a high ideal, which, unfortunately, not everyone can achieve. If possible, you can risk your life and jump off the plane and fly through the clouds. (but it's better not to forget about the parachute). And if there is no parachute, and you fall without everything, or stay on the plane during a disaster - in these 2 cases, death is inevitable. All that remains to do while you are in the air is to remember and sort through all the achievements of life in your head, and also say to yourself: "goodbye, everyone!". Skydiving is amazing. I've once skydived in Dubai from 4km. Let me share my experience: The instructor straps you *REALLY* tight, and then you're interviewed. You go into a van with other people and the instructors. As you reach the plane, which is really small, you wave at the camera, and climb up the plane. While the plane reaches 4km in altitude, you talk with other people. As the plane is close to the 4km altitude, the instructor gives you goggles to wear. Once the plane reaches 4km, the door is opened, and people jump with the instructors two by two. When it's your turn to jump, you look at the gorgeous city, and you are on the verge of shitting your pants, but it's too late. The instructor jumps with you and you fly. Adrenaline kicks in, and you don't feel any pain at all (the way they strapped it was so tight it hurt like hell). You fly for a few second, before the instructor asks you to do the "banana" pose. After that, the cameraman records you (yes, he/she is literally flying while recording you with a small, professional camera). You then reach the point, where the instructor releases the parachute. Once again, you almost shit your pants when the parachute is released, because you have a feeling that you're "going up". You slow down, and enjoy the beautiful city, including Palma Jumeirah. However, the straps hurt like actual hell in your thighs, to the point where your thighs become numb (atleast in my case). Once you reach like 100m above the landing area, the instructor asks you to raise your feet. Once you land, you are amazed by the experience. The cameraman records you once again. The footage of you is later sent to you via mail I'd say it was a wonderful experience and worth it. You all should try it out!

@@anordinaryfellow2832 I commented what it feels like in another post I think I saw you in. In regards to how you start, you really just look up skydiving location in your area and check the price. I payed around $200, but the next time I go, $75 is taken off as to skydive you need to have training so you're paying for that as well. Since I have the certificate, I don't need to pay to get it. The first dive is considered as training, and so by the end you get a certificate that says you completed training. There are a few other things I need to do before I can jump solo, but I need to save for that, and I would assume I need to buy my own chute. It's honestly a great experience I think everyone should try once.

and hoping nothing happens to it while ur still up in the air
Damn, just that moment being able to look around above the clouds would be amazing, like you're above everything, I genuinely want to do this now
Cuwl
like looking out the window on a plane during the sunrise as it's coming up above the clouds
Nah you'd still be under the people in the ISS

when you're diving through the clouds but its a foggy day...
The fact that people are chill about falling out of the sky is amazing 😯😀
This would make a pretty cool horror story. You dive into the cloud, and instead of exiting through the other side, you become trapped inside it. Never to be seen again
Stop I’m about to go to sleep >:(
Like your just falling in an infinite void of clouds... Forever...
You enter another dimension through the cloud

May 17, 2013. This video was posted. I cant remember that day specifically but I remember the year and a lot of what that year brought me. August 8, 2021. This video stops my depression and suicidal thoughts and brings me back to a state of calm so I just want to say thank you. You have done what even those I used to call friends failed at doing. Clearing my mind enough to enjoy the moment.
hope you get better :)

I remember sky diving in Australia back in late 2017, One of the best experiences I’ve ever done!!! Definitely worth doing if you ever get the opportunity to do so, trust me I’m shit scared of heights but I would gladly do this again!

Skydiving looks like a crazy experience! Free falling, seeing the earth from a different angle, it must be a moving experience
until you spiral out of control then its a really scary experience
@@starrkow nah its still a moving experience
Except it moves you intensely

Tell me everything, I wish I could do this too
@@anordinaryfellow2832 I commented what it feels like in another post I think I saw you in.
@@ararepotato1420 thank you for the info, I'm really going to try this in the future
