High pulls in puffy cloud skies are truly magical experiences. I love all your OMG's and Yeehoo's, it perfectly captures the pure joy of being up there in the sky!
Thank you ! This jump is one of if not, my favorite to date. I am still blown away that We as humans are able to experience things like this and for some even more amazing! Blue Skies
If you are free falling above a cloud and the sun is at the right angle, you can see a round rainbow on top of the cloud. You can also watch your shadow rushing across the cloud towards you. Both are totally awesome and why skydiver. D7466
I know exactly what you’re talking about, one of the coolest visuals… happens sometimes on the ride to altitude, can see the plane shadow inside the rainbow orb.
@@50buttfish We got out at about 15,000. It was during the winter and busted an ice loud. It felt like hundreds of tiny needles on exposed bare skin. D7466
HAHA! AWESOME! I'm not a skydiver, but I have experiened this as a paramotor pilot. Once you soar with clouds, there's nothing else you'd rather be doing with your life. Clear skies, friend!
Glad you enjoyed brother. Paramotoring looks so fun, definitely my next endeavor 😊 Now I just need to win one of Tucker Gott’s contests and I’ll be set 😅
I'm going for aff in 4 days. The canopy flight is what's getting me into this sport. I absolutely loved it. I'm still unsure about the whole jumping out of an airplane part lol
When I started AFF I was all about the free fall, didn’t really care about canopy time, however once I really understood how much fun flying a canopy is, I never looked back. Good luck with you AFF, you’ll do great !
@@SimoBenziane I was only able to get 8 jumps in. My head/ears couldn't handle the fast and repeated changes in elevation. I even had a bloody nose on that 8th jump. It took 3 days for my ears to pop.
This is the only thing i want in life that i dont have (i have 2 kids). I hope to save enough up to take on the AFF-course next year. With all my heart i do and I try. Thank you for your experience
The canopy part of the flight is definitely the best! I didn't really care for the free fall part... just a LOT of wind. But the canopy flight actually got me into Paramotoring. All the fun of the canopy flight without needing to jump from a plane.
I personally like both the free fall and the canopy part, however a nice slow long canopy flight around clouds is definitely relaxing. I’ll try paramotoring soon enough. Enjoy. Ps: love the user name lol
Haha thanks! I'd definitely go for a few more jumps if someone was giving them away. But a hop and pop from 10K feet would be awesome. The only thing I didn't like about the jump was the harness. The tandem harness was REALLY squeezing my legs. Every time he turned it was painful. The paramotor style seat is WAY more comfortable. My tandem jump instructor said "The harnesses for tandem jumps are 'One Size Fits No One'."@@nabz85
Whoa, I wasnt aware that you could hang up there so long, so many other skydiving videos its like bing bang boom over so fast...this one you were up there for so long...also thanks for focusing on that bigger cloud, I was hoping you'd look at that
Yes, you can have a skydive last 2-3 mins or 8-10 mins in this case as I opened my parachute over 10,000 feet. The quick ones we jump from 13,500, freefall for a min or so at 120-140mph and then open the parachute at 3,500ft. Makes for quick decent. Big clouds are awesome 😉
I remember the first time I left a perfectly good plane on my AFF. I went through my "hotel checks", I checked in, then I checked out, and left the safety of the plane. I will honestly admit I shit myself (not literally) I froze, I forgot nearly all my drills until one of my instructors tugged on my side. I sprang to life and altered my body shape, I locked onto my altimeter, and at 6000ft I deployed. At that point I was overwhelmed with sickness and weakness. I was terrified to steer my canopy, I did not want to look up or down, I wanted to throw up. I eventually landed, and I was not sure what my emotions were. I hated it, I hated every single second, but at the same time I wanted BACK UP. Jump 2 followed quickly by 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7. Before I knew it I was climbing out of the plane for a float exit, and in a heartbeat I was back to Jump 1, Standing on the side of the plane looking at the north sea for the first time nearly wrote me off. Sorry for the long story. I could write forever. Such an amazing part of my life, such a draw on emotions, sleepless nights with fear, along with exhilarating highs. I never want to do it again, but at the same time.............................I cannot wait to JUMP
It's the most fun you could ever have with your pants on or off for that matter which I've never done. but some of my skydiving friends from Beaver Valley didn't like jumping with clothes on but not at that altitude

Yes that happened on one of my jumps in South Africa. Way cool !😁🌈
I got soaked going thru a cloud, it was cold that day.

I got a video of that exactly!!! Is is super cool
I need 8 more jumps for my full licence, that video was soo nice and motivated me 🤙🏼💯
The best is when u get on the edge of a cloud and you cruise around him, it is like a big puffy mountain.
I loved hop and pops at 12k. Especially during the fall. I miss this sport so much.
Fall colors are definitely a sight to see from above
What a view!! If you feel sick physically pr mentally a video of skydiving is enough to refresh you. Cotton cloud field! the realm of

At 30 with 6yo and one on the way I finally signed up for AFF. One of the best decisions I have ever made. Couple of jumps away from B! Blue skies!
