To drill through any tile the fast way really dose depend on the quality of your hole saws, the drill bit going through the tile, mine are old school type so they take a little longer then the modern bits. the links above are to a more modern style drill bit and will go through much faster then i just did, but still its faster then the older method i used to do with an angle grinder and nips.
you will need obviously hole saws and a drill, or you can get hole saws that screw onto an angle grinder but then you you will need a variable speed grinder for those, all of which are in my shop linked above, and you will need a suction cup to stop the bit from going all over your tile.
so simply mark out where you want to make the hole the place the suction cup make sure you are using a hole saw a little larger then the thing you going over and drill the hole, its that ease.
