The second part of this video really helped me. I'm an electrician so I have been using drill bits all my life, but drilling through porcelain and terracotta was new to me. I have a set of these diamond coated hole saws just like in the video, I couldn't figure out how to get them to work without a pilot bit. Watching how you started with the bit at an angle I had never seen that. I learned something new today. Thank you!
Landed here after watching at least 15-20 videos. The content is very straight to the point, short & your work is quite clean. Feel no need to look out anywhere else anymore. Thank you..
To do that you need what's known as a diamond core drill, try a local tool hire centre, drill from inside & outside for a really neat & tidy hole. Good luck.
