I agree quint has the right to do as he pleases, but imo, 1 showing isn't enough evidence to leave, if anything matt would've only used this defeat to come back better. There's one thing I know watching Seth for years. Going down to Texas to meet Hany is never a casual affair. He will do something that will ignite that fire within you. No matter what happens. He'll say something or nod or some other thing that'll just turn up a switch.
I think Matt may have been more concentrated on Nick for NY. I think Quinton was originally shooting for Cali and decided on NY closer to the show. Quint may have received a lot less attention in NY and probably seen some favoritism. He probably felt like an afterthought and that's why he's calling it quits.

In Quintons defense this isnt just a "coach hop" you put in 2 years of growing, and the end result was lighter, and worse then your last showing. At the pro level from a coach of that prestige I would and expect and want better. That is alot of time invested and im sure money paid, with the expectations at the pro level to atleast be slightly improved.
Sas is one of the most underrated bodybuilders. One of my favourite British bodybuilders. When him and JP used have their training sessions it was wild. I think now a bit older (I think 38) he has more detail and same billowy muscle bellies. Sas is going to break hearts at some shows - very exciting

Seth if you do happen to read this.. I was born in New jersey and was there until middle school before my family moved back India for good. I was one of those kids that knew he wanted to be a doctor since he was 13. I was always really good at school. Here in India you can get into med school right after 12th grade, via a super competitive entrance exam. If your rank is good enough, which mine was, you can get into a government institution for medicine at about $1000 in total tuition fee lol. Compared to the $150,000 private institutions might charge. You become a doctor in about 5 and half years. I got in. Ended up taking a 2 year haitus before my final semester due to mental health and realising how much i didnt like about the field of medicine. When a 16 year old girl says she wants to be something as specific as an orthopedic surgeon.. it might not be as well thought out as you think. It cant be. Because you dont have the faintest idea of what it entails. I think its a little early to fixate on what you want to ultimately be, without figuring out your options first. I would encourage you to persuade her to keep her options open, and look out for opportunities throughout undergrad to figure out where exactly her passions lie. Hope you make a comeback Seth cant wait to see you on stage again

Been on Dialysis a year now, before I started, I was always itchy, lathargic, and felt like I had the flu.. I wish this on NO one, please take care of your kidneys.. Being on dialysis the hardest part for my is a water restriction of 32 oz.. I still workout 3 to 4 times a week, but dont get a good pumlp due to dehydration
Quinton stated he came in smaller and less conditioned than he did 2 years ago. Losing 2 years of gains in one prep is completely different from missing your peak and needing a show or two to figure it out together. It’s a huge fck-up. At what point during his prep when he was sending pictures and updates should his coach have realized they were sacrificing all his gains for a little bit more conditioning?
did he really come in less conditioned though? I think he was just more flat than anything and the rebound he will get out of this prep will not only gain everything back but then also put on plenty of new tissue. It's one show, he is young but also burning bridges like he was doing was probably not the smartest move imo
