I’ve never seen Misery, but based on the book, I 100% agree with your choice. The thing that makes her scary is that you never know what lengths she will go to in order to get what she wants
next time you make a spooky video you should wear bunny ears! It would provide an amusing contrast to the theme being adressed. Plus it is bound to be confusing to some people which would be a bonus.
I would have to significantly disagree with Cujo; for me, a rabid dog is terrifying. There are two possible other villains, but the first I wouldn't really call a villain, more of a victim. Both from Nope 2022: Gordy and Jean Jacket. Now, if you know the scene inside the "space ship", for me that is some of the most terrifying imagery and sound design.
