you should install the trigger first before the selector and pistol grib, try using a Cleves pin to install the detent and spring on the front pivot take down pin. plenty of videos on that method, simple and fast. you didn't show any installs because you don't have the camera set on a tripod
I would like to know will the AR15 trigger set work in the AR10 lower ? and just to let you know this is the first time for me to build my first AR-10 LOWER and love learning new things and this is something that I have been waiting to do for myself....
It’s my understanding that they will, but I can’t say for sure. I’ve never built an AR10 either, but I have a lower and are in the process of sourcing parts.
Here's what I do for the front take down pin and detent. Use a 1/4 Chivas pin with multiple holes. Insert spring and detent hold in place with small punch rotate Chivas pin to trap the detent. Then carefully push in the take down pin with groove toward the detent . This will ensure to capture the detent as you push out the Chivas pin.
Allen wrench should work as well. Always nice to have an indent spring flying across your room. Keep your face right over your spring while installing, so if it does slip, it will smack you in the face instead and might be easier to find. 😊
I usually use a pin punch inserted from the other side to hold the detent in, while I push the takedown pin into the receiver pushing out the pin punch
Why are you attempting to make a video of assembly, when you turn the camera off, assemble the parts, then turn the camera back on after the task is complete?!? Your really not showing anyone how to do anything!!! Buy you a stand for your camera, they are not that expensive!!!
That trigger went into one of my builds and right out after the first range day. Didn’t like it. Couldn’t feel the reset on dang thing. Anybody else have that problem?
They look like nice lowers and I do like the threaded pins in certain places, definitely makes it easier to assemble. But having looked at their website i think they are expensive for what they are.
Mine looked good when I put it together, but the fitment sucked! I was very disappointed! Now the green finish is already chipping off! I will not buy any more Aero products ever again.
Great looking lower, I just picked one up in black yesterday at my local range USA.
Great build. I bet its gonna be a nice set up!
Thanks for sharing your knowledge. God Bless your craftsmanship.
In a future build, my .308/7.62 will be Forest Green, using AP parts. It'll be my big game rifle.
That green is a really nice looking color, I love it.
That's a good looking lower
Just finished a AP anodized OD green build. I used all Magpul OD green furniture. The two different OD green’s together turns out nice.

Nice job! Gonna be a great Aero build! I have 4 myself! 😁
Also I suggest getting a small stand/mount to hold the phone, so you can use both hands. 😅
Thank you

@@gmartelamon😂😂😂😂
@@gmartelamonyeah, eyesight is overrated anyway 😂😂😂😂
Home Depot has the 1/4" clevis pin in stock. Works great!
BCM mod 0 grip fits snug into the M4E1. I notice with Aero lowers there tends to be a gap where the curve is at the top of the grip.
Very snug, I was beginning to think something wasn’t right! I wanted to try BCM, all my other builds have magpul on them

I didn’t have my tripod with me, it was the best I could do by myself
With the way, TH-cam tries to restrict these videos that might’ve been the safest way to do it anyway😂
Good vid , but get a proper camera mount so we can see in detail the steps you are taking . Nice looking lower though .
I’ve got one, just didn’t have it with me
If you can afford a lower receiver/parts kit too you’re able to afford a tri pod so you don’t have to hold the camera
I have one, I just didn’t have it with me when I put the lower together

Mine works flawlessly so far.
@@bigrobsgarage4167 how is the reset after the pull? is it audible? Can you feel it reset?
@@tcr2237yes, it has a very audible reset.

I caught mine on sale for $80, just have to be patient.
Get a f’n tripod dude 🤪
They're very good for the price you pay compared to others.

Mine fit great, and so far the finish is holding up, but if it starts chipping off I’ll just give it a rattle can paint job
Has nothing to do with an M4. If its not Colt or Bushmaster its NOT an M4 no matter how hard you play pretend.
M4E1 is what Aero Precision calls this particular lower receiver. I’m not pretending anything.
Pretty stupid comment. Maybe research first. All that's mentioned is Aero's part designation for the lower.
