Just a quick wheelin' tip, your brakes will thank you many times over if you'll drop your transfer case into 4LO and select 1st or 2nd for your transmission when descending those hills, lets your engine help maintain a reasonable speed and your brakes won't heat up as much... Great build and a great channel, looking forward to what 2A Overland has for the future, see ya on the trails and in camp...

The front makes no noise and the rear makes a slight clicking while making sharp turns on pavement. But a thick diff cover and thick gear oil masks a lot of the clicking.

Hows that sound and heat insulation done for you on road trips as far as the noise goes?
