    I'm a tip toe'er , but I bought a gel pad for my seat the difference for my butt was 50 miles to 250miles between stops. Think I will integrate it with the seat. Thanks for the Idea.

      Thanks you JP! I get persuaded with coconut macaroons 😂. I was lucky when buying my KLR used, it had a low profile Sargent seat installed…. I feel you on the aftermarket seat prices… a bit out of hand in my opinion.

    Good job! I'm a fan of self-modded seats, especially lowering the seat height on tall bikes. That'll work nice for her with some lowered links and dropping the fork tubes to keep the steering angle more correct.

    I just had to comment that the knife in the thumbnail cracked me up. Nice job, I just bought a low seat for both of mine. Did you consider cutting it further down and adding 1/2" memory foam or something over the top to make it a bit more comfy? We all know factory dirt bike seats are like sitting on a 2x4.

    • @AdventureTomek
      @AdventureTomek  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Trying to make the thumbnails more clickable…this may have the opposite effect lol… that’s not a bad idea… might try that in the future. Ended up ordering some lowering links… that will be the next step
