Wow! Just wow! You sure are a master in the kitchen and know how to handle meat! My mom was an excellent cook and she knew how to handle meat. She would say, "that sure is a beautiful piece of meat - isn't that meat beautiful?" I would say, "Ma you sure do have a love affair with meat!" And, I think you have a "love affair" with meat too! It makes me smile. Thanks, for sharing, and for teaching us! Blessings, from Detroit!
AWWWW lol me and mom sounds like twins. Mi so happy to bring back great memories for you. Blessings back at you from Ga. Thank you for watching and also sharing with love.
I had very little knowledge about sausages, since I rarely eat them. But I watched this video completely mesmerized. I learned a lot, enough to even feel comfortable enough to make sausages. Amazing demonstration!
You had me when you started cutting the meat to grind into strips but I had to subscribe when you did the salt by eye. I make a lot of cured meats and salami but haven't really done that much raw sausage. I have to weigh everything to get the salt right. I use your same grinder to mix everything and the same method of cutting strips so the grinder pulls it in on it's own. Well done!
I love sausage! Probably not so popular with most females, but you say breakfast, and I think "sausage"! I had a blue and white grinder like that from the 60s. Mom gave it to me! It was impeccable!
Would you tell us the brands you're using? I like the idea of a more affordable option, but I really do not know what to buy. I usually by something and feel that I might not have made the best choice later on. Particularly if I don't know enough about a subject. Thanks for the videos. I've enjoyed them all. Good info.
Ive made some OK sausages with a kitchen aid attachment but I have to agree totally with what your saying. If you want killer sausage that folks might ask you to make and not ask WHY you made you need the right tools.
My mouth is watering and the Sausages aren't even cooked yet 😂 I love the different seasonings in each sausage
Thank you, the cook is on the way!
This was so fascinating. I can't wait to see you cook those sausages. I'll be watching for sure. 🍽️
Thank you! on the way.
Man you can literally do it all in the kitchen!😂 Very entertaining and educational. Thanks for the upload! Thumbs up given 👍
Glad you enjoyed it, and thank you I hope you give it a try.

So you recommend not rinsing the casings ? Is so you don’t add water?
No water and no rinsing they will hold longer in the fridge.

Thanks @@bbqsouthernstyle
Looks outstanding, do you ever run it through a second time using a finer grind?
Thank you, and no I only grind once if I need it more fine, I swop out the grind plate.
Very educational and informative, thanks for video!
Glad it was helpful! Thank you.
