Correction : For apply for PR visa age limit should be below 45
True ...Age limit for PR is 45 , ideal for older than 45 years is to come to New Zealand and register there , after that they can come to Australia

2)I do not know when They are going to open the borders for international students
3) Yes, You can , But you have to get Australian registration in order to work here as a nursr, That pathway is different for nurses with degree, [Either you have to do nclex+ OSCE cliniacl exam or do a 1yr conversion course

you can but Enrolled nurses can not apply for PR as far as I know , then you have to get Work visa until you complete the BSc

you can , if you managed to come to australia for a degree you should be under the age limit which is generally 45 years

I don't know the answer for your question no 1,2, 3 and Yes for the answer for your question no 4 if you work as a nurse in Sri lanka. But it is very hard to get nursing registration from your bachelor these days as they have changed the pathway for Nurses with Degree . Either you have to do Nclex exam + osce clinical exam (Both of these exams needed coaching ) or you have to do a 1yr conversion course which is costly and take 1 year, So If you haven't done the degree yet and already have diploma you can get student visa and its a clear pathway for PR
Q 1: If you come here after a nursing diploma you should be a person who has worked as a nurse in Sri Lanka ,Q 2 : I think at least few years Q 3 : May be not ( I suggest you to work at least for an year or two ) 4 For PR you do not need a letter from the hospital
