  • I hope you are all well!!! I had a lot of fun with this project, but there is still a lot to go. I have been trying to learn as much as I can with the time I have. It can get hard with a one year old. Anyways, a big thanks to 2 stroke porting and carb tuning for this port shape. I will say if this does fail, I was 100 percent on me and the way I cut. Ahahah hope you all enjoy the show!! Ride safe my friends.

    Exactly why I use longer bits. You won't mess up the port face. The reason I make the mushroom shape is its fast and easy. The ports offset everything you remove is above the blowdown line. I have tested all shapes of exhaust roofs all sizes. Hundreds of cyls. My information is factual. 44 yrs worth of hands on. Do the math first have a general understanding how two strokes work and you can't fail. For the first time you did good. Big exhust port exit don't allways mean great working motor port timings key port roof shape and even openings are also important for reliability. Keep up the good work. Once you done a few that exhust port should take you about 15 to 20 minutes from the time you mark it with a sharpie. Creep up on port timings that work best for your terrain rider weight and goals.

    Can I put a Minarelli cylinder on a wildcat pk80 bottom?

    • @grendelsgarage9723
      @grendelsgarage9723  3 หลายเดือนก่อน

      It's all comes down to the stroke of your bottom end. Short or long. I've not played with a minarelli yet, but I think the Wild Can 80 has a mid stroke. I believe that LA Hover found how long the stroke was in the WC 80 in his unboxing video. Long story short... I'm not sure, but I think no. 😅😅😅 sorry that was no help at all...

    The small wire wheel brush tip really smooths out the port walls Vs sanding. Try it in the future you will be surprised how well it takes all the imprecations out

      Aaaawwwwwwww that would save some time and probably get a better result for sure. I got some of the bits that have the brown green and yellow Scott bright pad material. I watched a guy use those and WD 40 to polish the exhaust port and it looked dam good. Thanks for that tip! Are you planing on getting another Avenger 85?

      Grandioso! Que medidas usas hermano para los lados de la figura de hongo? Y que ventaja tiene el motor? Felicidades por tu hermoso trabajo
