Welcome you Motorized Bicycle Junky, Family, Friend, and/or CO-Workers. Thank you for your support. I wanted to create these videos to showcase the capabilities of the mighty 2 stroke bicycle motor kits you can buy all over the place. They are not perfect, but with the all powerful TH-cam, you can really learn a lot on making them reliable while having a good time.

Victory or Failure
Hope you are all well. As you all know, I have been struggling with this bike. The found CNC mount keeps falling off, pipes have been braking, and overall it's just been a turd. But I’m hoping that this time we have it all sorted out. Thanks for watching
My future for TH-cam is unsure. I enjoy 3D printing, Gaming, Hiking, Crosstreking (I have a suby that stated the Grendel Monster Idea), and home projects. Who knows, I might make some videos on that kind of stuff as well.

Well everyone, I was hard at work giving the Banshee Queen a makeover!! We upgraded a disk brake in the front and wow!! 100 percent an upgrade. I will be a lot safer on the road now. Nice ride! Everything in that area is so flat and open and the cheap PZ20 carb seemed like it was running good too! Just Balance the crank to get rid of some of that vibration and make a rear mount for that pipe! I think I'll take the YD100 out tomorrow 👍😁
I'm still unsure if I like the PZ20.. it takes a bit to build power 🔋. And I don't have any main jets that fit it. I agree about the crank. Need to look into learning the process for sure!! Thanks for tuning in! 🎉🎉🎉🎉
@@grendelsgarage9723I use the PZ20 as a backup carb or for test. You'll see a big difference once you balance the crank. It'll rev quicker and smoother 👍🏾😁

I made a soft mount with rubber washers and a hose clamp all the way around the pipe on my CDH67. Can't wait to see her tuned up!
Let me know how it rips!!! It would be a bad mount if it was thicker metal and maybe a little longer 🤔 . I ended up welding a new mount, but the pipe is on the shelf for now 😅😅. Ride safe!

No leaks, but I just didn't want to build the bike and maybe down the road have to fix a leak. Being a dad has really eaten into my feet time but I'm loving spending time wirh my son🎉🎉🎉

Yep, this is crucial in my opinion for these frames. Just be careful with the paint yall, absolutely eats it. I know from experience lol
Agreed about the paint 🎨. It's for sure at risk. I was struggling wirh the sealer drying on my paint. Makeup wipes work very well to get the excess sealer off the frame.And paint.
Sorry to see that if your tank had a hole I'm gonna tell you I got my screaming demon v2 bicycle and right off the get go I found out she had a hole called zada let them know the bike was on sale like 400 I paid 100 after arguing with them I didn't know how to fix it yet and neither did they so I Bought another a week after putting in fuel another leak another refund all of it and the front forks weren't adjustable like there sapossod to be so zada corporation sent me another bike and a set of forks by then it had contacted John force famous drag racer they told me red coat tank sealer so I rinced out the tank with acetone and cleaned it poured in red coat rocked it back and forth and drained bam sealed so I got 3 gas frame bikes for complaining lol my tank sealer was 30 bucks and 3 bikes 100 dollars so if your tank has a hole in it call who you Bought it from and tell them might get a little money back at least enough to pay for the sealer it's expensive ride safe brother
Holy cow brother. That is one heck of a deal. I'm gonna tell you this right now.I have not been a fan of bikeberry.. the rims that came wirh the bike were all jacked up!!! They told me to true them. And it would be fine... been to a few bike shops and all of them told me they were F@*#&$; up to bad to trued... Zada on the other hand has treated me very well. Sent me a new carb and a new CNC head right a way no question asked for my zada 100 max. 🎉🎉🎉🎉🎉 I don't think bikeberry will be getting another dime from me. 😂😂😂 Zada or CDH power is the way to go for frames.

@@grendelsgarage9723 when you took your head off did you notice any pitting where the head and cylinder make contact reason I'm asking I Bought a stage 2 and mine has little pit holes I sent the first one back to Kelly he did another cylinder looks a little better
@mikemiller3303 That is very interesting. I want to say that I did have one little casting divit on the top of the head. I also had a nick in the case where the cylinder and case meet up in the front. Neither have caused issues. With that said, if you're having issues with their motors, maybe try smolik performance 🤔. I believe they are selling Avenger 85s as well. I can't imagine that smolik performance would let a bad motor passed them. Hope that helps, brother.
Why are you pouring sealer in there does it leak
@KevinTodd A few reasons, I had a lot of recommendations to just do it before I got the motor mount up. Now that I'm a dad, time is so so short, and the thought of disturbing it if there was a leak 😳 haunted 👻 me. Lastly, I've had a lot of issues with bikeberry and the rims that came with the bike.... I didn't want to have to go throw that again, so I said the hell with it, I'm sealing it 😅😅🤣🤣. Go move bad move?? I'm not sure. I'm still working on the dam thing!
Had one out of four frames leak it leaked into the seat post tube. Have had issues with two motorcycle came to the shop with problems becuse tank sealer it was coated with some red color sealer
@@2strokecarbtuningportingin187what that's what I am using red coat tank sealer never any trouble In the last 5 years except for 1 I was using klots octane booster it was eating of the tank sealer quite using klots octane booster and everything fine again in 2019 I didn't know how to fix it I got the bike for free email john force race team asking what they do for leaking gas tank that's what was suggested that's why I used it
@2strokecarbtuningportingin187 I've seen people habe issues with the red sealer, so I went this route. Hope it doesn't mess with anything. We shall see. 😅😅

This is the side exhaust pipe from gomax industry. Just a heads up. I did have to use a floor jack to bend it to fit my ride.

Well, at least the new helmet came in handy lol Crashing at 13mph was a lot better than at 48mph. Bike was moving nice though. ice and pain meds and you'll be good as new 👍😁

lol that other biker, what a dick. always bring tools! my last ride i had to stop like 4 times over a 30 mile ride to fix random stuff. i even brought a giant wrench in my backpack so i could change a spoke if i had to. luckily i didn't!
