Too much sanitation in Vietnam by french when it was France's colony, led to plague outbreak. French authorities paid people for killing rats. They need to submit tail of rat to earn the bounty. So, they catch a rat, cut it's tail, set it free to catch again when it's tail grow back. People even started rearing rats for the bounty.
in modern times like nowadays, it can be bad for humanity too. Sometimes Military love to use plagues in war, there is even term "biological warfare", even thou such application has been condemned by international communities.. Human always find excuses to kill other humans

You couldn't imagine the number of bacteria and viruses humans have avoided thanks to antibiotics. The problem is when it's being abused, ie: when taken/prescribed unnecessarily. We can't be extremes and just tell people what NOT to eat especially when eating meat is NOT the main problem. It's the producers/farms that we should be more concerned about. Also, do not be conceited that superbugs are just in meat. They can be transmitted via veges and fruits too. Still think I'm trolling?
