Love the idea, only one problem with using clear cello tape like this is it does turn yellow over time and then separates from the glue on the back of the tape. Check to see if there is archived tape that is clear this might not turn yellow with age and disintegrate.
The other option is using archived laminating sheets you could put 2 printouts back to back in one laminating pocket then once you have separated the two sheets glue them to medium to heavy card stock to give the tiles thickness so that once cut apart and used in the doll house you could then grout the tiles to give it that authentic look.
3rd option spray the printout with a fixative to seal the ink and paper glue them onto medium card stock cut them apart and then using UV resin dome each tile and then set under a UV lamp this will make them look like real glazed tiles and once glued to the floor or walls they can be grouted and look like a real tiled floor or splash ack.

You can find patterns on Pinterest.
Just search for tile patterns. You can add Greek, Moroccan or Persian to be more specific.
There are loads of free options. Hope it helps 🥰
