I noticed when putting the vid to YT that there’s slight peaking in places... just need to pull the ve500 back a touch at the mixer before phone & I’ve adjusted the dry level in that distortion block from 75 to 50 - much better, will post again soon!
Hey man, glad you enjoyed the session & thanks for the compliment! 😊🙏🏼 Yea I gotta say I really like my ve500, small screen but a box of tricks, I got my sounds working really quickly but most importantly I keep hearing from ppl how clear the vocals are when I sing. it’s a cool box of tricks... I mean come on, who doesn’t like vocoder effects??!

Hii.. great little set.. enjoyed it.. I do really like the boss ve500.. but the lack of a headphone jack and a simple stereo line in is putting me off buying one. I want a super minimalistic set-up to practice vocals to music. any suggestions?
Hey Markus, thanks man - hope you’re well! Have you thought about getting a small mixer? ... if you got a small 4-6 channel mixer you’d be sorted, you could probably get one 2nd hand but I’m always a bit funny buying mixers 2nd coz most ppl don’t know how to use them & blow channels etc. If you want tips on using mixers I can help - been using them years

I’ve got to pull the trigger on a VE-500. Really enjoyed the realistic examples over the dry every effect vids. 🙏
