Thanks, Adriana. Great vid. Sometimes it's difficult to get that Sr. leadership in the acting sponsor role. I find that sometimes it comes down to a manager when they, in fact, are the product owner. How do you overcome this? Or do you?

The project sponsor should ideally be Sr. management but you have to work with what you have to work with. Cheers!
