It is now November 2021, and I'm 63 years old, but this is still what I listen to. Great music never happens anymore, and if it did I don't think anyone could surpass the musical genius of this band in their prime.

My girl and my childhood babysitter drove to WI from Seattle to see the filming show but we only made the Madison one because my girl was tight with a close connection to M Wilton. Yeah, but Rockenfield it seems like Rockenfield isn't playing anymore. LaTorre did all the drums on Queensryche's newest album. I saw a video of Tate's from just a few months ago when he was touring Europe. It seemed like there were tracks for background vocals since only one guy had a mic, but you could tell he was singing live and sounded pretty darned good.

@@MichaelHolmgaard agreed. What he needs now is a good producer. Sascha Paeth knows how to produce metal voices. Dump Jason Slater and Kelly Gray, they did nothing but drag Tate and Queensryche down, then again that could be at Tate's behest. Degarmo is doing that acoustic project with his daughter and flying planes, but we could hope he gets bored and contacts Tate. I think an original band reunion would be good too. Goddamn this is good. The whole band was amazing. The bass is perfectly mixed, the vocals are insane, the backing vocals are equally impressive, the guitars are in perfect harmony, and Scott Rockenfield was a cut above his contemporaries.

30 years old and this era of music is still my primary catalogue. I don’t think I’ll ever modernize my tastes. There’s just something so fucking awesome about the 80s hard rock and metal era.

I have seen many metal bands including Queensryche in their earlier years, and it was by far the most memorable live performance I have ever seen. Acoustically far superior than any other band. I enjoyed this, brought back some good memories of Operation Mindcrime

Beckie you are sooooo right. I'm 58 and love this band. Geoff Tate had/has the most amazing voice, it just fitted this band and their style. This song was simply incredible. People called Queensryche an "alternative" band. BS, they just had their own unique style in a sea of NWOBHM but excelled at what they did and that stood out. Precisely why they still go strong today
