Not sure if his buddy was a new rider nor not, but new riders need to be in front. They can set their own speed instead of having to catch up plus you can keep a eye on them from the back. Meerkat just needs to have a "come to Jesus talk" with his buddy and tell him to take it easy.

Im not sure how it is in America with getting your motocycle license but in the EU you need to do a lot and a lot of courses and training before you get that little plastic card in your pocket.
Getting your license here is a lot easier of a process it sounds like than compared to EU. Not sure all the standards over your way, but I know it's time consuming and difficult to obtain one in the UK think less than 50% pass their first test.

At the end of the course there is a traffic exam too, they follow by car, and if you fail to indicate, or whatever, couple of small mistakes, see you next time.
In United States it's like a one week course 2 days classroom 3 days in a parking lot

I remember the first car accident I "was in". I was a kid and my dad was driving, we were looking for somewhere to eat. He saw a restaurant off a turn we were about to miss, and without checking swerved across multiple lanes to get to the exit. Sideswiped a biker, dude and the bike went over the hood of the car. I overheard him talking to officers, he had lied and said the guy had laid the bike down before it hit him. I don't think the biker fully remembered what happened, but police figured out from the damage that my dad was 100% at fault.
Dangerous drivers out there folks. To this day I remember that accident and look out for bikers as best as I can, even 10 years later.

Assuming he is part of the group is ok, given the circumstance, but coming on to him aggressively when he literally stopped and waited for him showing no signs of resistance of defiance is not. He knew he had nothing to hide and remained calm all while the cop was in his face shouting. He wanted a conversation not an argument.
Regardless of being in the group or not that cop approached him way too fuckin hot. Talk about a power trip.

Last one is a prime example of why you pay attention, practice discipline with brakes and don't follow too close if you can't stop in time without falling over. Rider error, not car.
I live a few town over from the cops in that clip. There’s a huge problem here on Long Island with kids on dirt bikes and quads driving on highways and shit, I don’t blame the cops at all for being like that
First off the cop doesn't even know which of those individuals on bikes are street legal and which aren't. Second, for him to stop that biker just to ask "what's all this going on here" is a clear cut violation of constitutional rights because to that officer's knowledge no one had committed an observable traffic violation. He kept detaining Kenny after he told the officer he wasn't associated with any of the people riding on the bikes and even offered to prove he had all the necessary documentation ensuring the legality of his bike. That officer has a problem with bikers in large groups which is not illegal, and it's clear as day.
