You need to do a house tour once you've moved in so we can count the number of chairs. We all know you judge someone's wealth by how many chairs they have 😉. Best of luck mate
What a lovely house! And perfect for anna to get about in. How you have both managed on 3 floors i dont know. I have mobility issues myself and 2 floors are enough lol! The garden is also lovely x
4:50 so interesting to hear Kev refer to this space as a "big walk-in wardrobe thing" because in the states that's such a tiny closet. We have walk-in closets in some houses (albeit in rich families) big enough to fit a bed and then some. But I fully get that most UK houses don't have closets. Just an interesting thing to hear! Congrats on the new place! It looks lovely 🎉 I can't wait to see it absolutely covered in LEGO 😅
Really lovely video of your new house now I get the lay out buy seeing this video it’s awesome wow Anna Lego room huge. Um I like how your office and Lego room next door to each other Kevin awesome and I love how you describe the toilet I’m useing that saying when I go looking at 4 houses on the 12th of August this year We’ll have a happy time moving pack a little buy little. I think furniture goes in first that way u can see how much you can fit in each room and then writing on the boxes so u know which room they go into and what’s inside each box too Well happy new memories ahead for you both love from Kate Australia
Nice house. I wouldn't recommend a tumble dryer on an extension cord Kev.. Any appliance like tumble dryer or washing machine with high voltage should be on a mains wall socket. Might want to rethink that plan 🤔
Got to agree very high fire risk running a tumble dryer off an extension cable and definitely not recommended by the manufacturers and I’m not sure if I could potentially validate any insurance if anything happened as a result
Your new office doesn't seem that big so for you to say it's bigger than your current one makes me appreciate how small that must be. Good to see you've fallen upwards as it were with all the more beneficial aspects of the house versus the older one that you were going through on the Lego channel.
Kev the missis is looking at Disney land Paris in October any advise on best way to book everything ? Finding it hard to get head round it . Keep up the good work pal love the fm stuff 👍🏻
We always book through Magicbreaks, they’ve had some great deals over the years. We’re going in September, staying in the Newport Bay hotel right next to the park, including 4 days park passes, half board meal plan and Eurotunnel crossing for around £750 per person.
please dont put a tumble dryer on an extension cord, thats asking for trouble. an electrician will be able to put a socket in that cupboard in about an hour
We’ve run our washing machine off an extension lead for the last 4 years. And before that I ran my tumble dryer off an extension lead for nearly 20 years!
@@kevinchapmanvlog Honestly spot on. I've always thought that from a landlord's POV someone willing to make alterations like you, cares a great deal more about the property and the state of it. Looking forward to seeing the LEGO city develop... :)
Boring comment time here. If there is anywhere else you can fit your freezer other than the hallway, please do so. Basically any room where you can close the door to it at night and keep your escape route in the event of a fire clear. A fair few nighttime fires are caused by faulty white goods and so having them in your hallway/escape route is not ideal. If you have no other option then please make sure you have working smoke alarms in the hallway and take a mobile phone to your bedroom at night in case of an emergency. We care about you, Kev. Captain boring out!
I see. I don’t think I’ve seen a woman wash a dish. It’s always been the man’s job in every house I’ve lived in. That’s why it’s so important to me that I have a dishwasher!
Unfortunately not. Apparently houses and cars work differently from other expenses - but a proportion of the house can be, ie the bits that are used exclusively for work. Which in the new house would be the office and the Lego room.

Needs more chairs Kev!!

Congratulations! 🎉Nice house Kev! Hope the moving process goes well.
petition to keep dave's barking spot!
Thats a lovely house , very big for just the two of you , is it a new build x
Great house Kevin. Love all the blogs you do cannot wait until your next one 😊
Beautiful place Kev... Hope ye have many a happy year living there❤️
Loving it Kev! Hope Andy is ok in his care place 😎
Feels strange being on a house tour with Kev and no mention of all the chairs! Looks a lovely house for you!
Looks great! I'm sure you'll make it homely in no time! :)
Congratulations Kev and Anna on the new house.
Lovely house, good luck moving. Can’t wait to see both Lego rooms 😊
I like the different shape rooms. Dave will like that window.🐕🐾🐾🇬🇧
oo the house look lovely Kev
exciting new start! congrats

Congrats on new house nice tour
That’s a nice house 🏠
Very lovely home
Nice house. I wouldn't recommend a tumble dryer on an extension cord Kev.. Any appliance like tumble dryer or washing machine with high voltage should be on a mains wall socket. Might want to rethink that plan 🤔
There’s nowhere else in the house to put it, so we don’t really have a choice!
And thinking about it, we run our washing machine off an extension lead now!
I’d definitely look into getting an election out to fit you an extra plug. I doubt you fancy a perm kev!
Got to agree very high fire risk running a tumble dryer off an extension cable and definitely not recommended by the manufacturers and I’m not sure if I could potentially validate any insurance if anything happened as a result
Lovely house ❤
Seems like a great fit for you Kev!
Congrats Kevin, good luck with moving the lego!
Looks really good, sometimes the odd shaped rooms actually end up working alot better than just square rooms
Looks awesome, and it's even given you the perfect excuse to get a power washer and put silly designs into the garden
0:46 "kitchen does come with a woman" - controversial 😂 Skating on thin ice there mate 😮😂
For your current house have you considered leaving your bins under one of the windows and throwing the bin bag into the bin from the window?
I do like the layout

I could lie on the floor in a star shape and touch all 4 walls in my current office!
Lovely house Kev it's not too big in fact I'd have gone bigger 🤣 You'll soon have it filled up.
Well done 😊
What are your Lego based jobs? Is it TH-cam channel or do you do other platforms as well?
TH-cam and all the other usual places.

@@kevinchapmanvlog thanks pal
Does come… with a woman 😂😂😂 Classic Kev ❤😂🎉
Nice house Kev, how’s Andy getting on?
very nice Kev. I miss your OG house. Are you renting?
I though maybe you was going to say under the stairs was going be your office and you would knock through the 2 rooms upstairs make one big room
Now there’s an idea…
please dont put a tumble dryer on an extension cord, thats asking for trouble. an electrician will be able to put a socket in that cupboard in about an hour
We’ve run our washing machine off an extension lead for the last 4 years. And before that I ran my tumble dryer off an extension lead for nearly 20 years!
Running off an extension lead is fine as long as you’re running just that and literally nothing else. Otherwise you’ll overload the socket
How flexible is the landlord with you making lots of changes to house, drilling into walls etc?
Every landlord I've had would've thrown a fit!
It’s always something I’ve checked before agreeing to a lease. If we can’t treat it as our home, I’m not interested in renting it
@@kevinchapmanvlog Honestly spot on. I've always thought that from a landlord's POV someone willing to make alterations like you, cares a great deal more about the property and the state of it.

Plus, it shows the landlord that you plan to be there a long time, which is what they want.
Do homes in the UK not have laundry rooms?
Not unless they’re super expensive mansions
I'm quite confused by the whole "washing machine in kitchen" thing, but it seems like thats quite common in the uk.... hehe.
@@iekuevery common, my washing machine is in the kitchen
I thought that room under the stairs would be your new office 🤭

Nice place
Not only do you not have an outlet for the dryer, I don’t see a way to vent it.
He probably means a condenser one but very dangerous to run it off an extention though he does that in old house but that doesn't make it safe.
Office tour once it’s completed
But how many chairs were in the advert?
Where is Andy living
the same place hes currently living. they havent said where for privacy
There will never be Family Vlogs again all the Chapmans have there own lives to get on with.
Wasn't the dishwasher already in the kitchen when you walked in? Why do you need to plumb another in?
No?
@@kevinchapmanvlog it was a women are dishwashers joke...
I see. I don’t think I’ve seen a woman wash a dish. It’s always been the man’s job in every house I’ve lived in. That’s why it’s so important to me that I have a dishwasher!
Kitchen finally on the ground floor ...welcome to the new millennium
No Chairs!
❤❤❤❤
So is the entire house tax deductible, now it’s been in the video? Genius!!
Unfortunately not. Apparently houses and cars work differently from other expenses - but a proportion of the house can be, ie the bits that are used exclusively for work. Which in the new house would be the office and the Lego room.
@kevinchapmanvlog That's something, at least- all helps. 👍🏽
Where do you live now?
In this house
The size of that 'walk in wardrobe' puts the Kardashian's to shame
Does Anna's have a channel?
Leicester still Kev ? All those new houses look the same nowadays, have a good move lad
Hi are you looking for video editing service ???
Are you having a room for andy for when he visits
No, he doesn’t visit. We visit him. He doesn’t have a room in our current house either.
Counting the chairs is outdated, it's all about doors now.
Will Andy come back and stay with you permanently
No
Why have you moved again
I linked to a couple of videos explaining that in the description
Sorry I haven't seen you in a while and I have autism to can't find them
Where is Andy bedroom
At his house
No chairs, not a good start for the new house
no chair lol
So you have moved house again
Did you not want a spare bedroom for Andy or the girls if they want to stay over?
Absolutely not! This way there’s no chance of them sneaking in and staying.
So hiw will you di Christas with the kids?
Not a single chair. living like peasants, kev! (I assume you're rectify that soon)
🦋🌼🌸🇺🇸
Seem like it be so much better for anna and mobility problems and you can do lego streams without roasting from the airing cupboard
Yeh hopefully stairs don't become an issue in the future. Shame the kids can never stay over
🎉 ware moved to moved close Andy
❤❤
