This is a nice way to help struggling Filipino restaurant owners in the US. They're really hard workers and they deserve some recognition.
If you haven't tried Filipino food you guys, you're missing out. Also, support Filipino immigrants.

I recently went to the Phillippines and had sisig, I couldn't stop eating it! The sisig I had was very different than this though. There was no lemon, and it was served with a raw egg cracked in the center of the dish. It was served on a skillet type dish and the food was still very hot, so by the time you mix the egg up with the pork, the egg is already cooked enough to eat. Very delicious!
Also everyone there (I was in Cebu) pronounced it SIS-ig, not SEE-sig. But there are many different dialects in the Phillippines, so I guess it's possible they pronounce it the way you did on other islands.

you should do "Champorado" is a delicious kind of chocolate rice pudding eaten in the Philippines mostly for breakfast but you can eat then any time of the day maybe kabisera have that. Or "Pansit Bihon" is a classic Filipino noodle stir fry dish loaded with vegetables and pork and or shrimp.
