In this video, I am going to be spilling the tea on how I did my first year in Real Estate. It was definitely a rollercoaster ride and my journey probably differed from many others. I give a breakdown of my different sources of income and the different types of brokerages I worked for during my first year. There are a lot of different factors that play into how much you are paid and I make sure to touch on those topics.

I’m 22 about to graduate college. I want to get into real estate so bad! I honestly feel drawn to it & intuitively feel like it would be the right career for me. But I’ve heard so many negative things online about it that it’s really discouraging. I know the first year/second year are hard, but some people make it sound like it’s impossible to do well/most are struggling..so it’s really nice to hear another young woman who is close in age that had a positive experience.
Don’t let anyone experience stop you from doing something you are intellectually drawn to, follow your intuition & heart.

As a realtor you should definitely get into it right away at 18. You will be happy and rich while your friends are building student debt in uni.
How do you find a school to take the courses?? Is there a specific website to look on. I am from PA and unsure where to start looking. Please reply

Did you ever feel intimidated?? If so how did you over come it. I'm working on my liscense now and I feel a little intimidated. Everyone seems to be so knowledgeable
Yes! It was intimidating at first but you will learn so much just by experience and asking questions. You'd be surprised at the number of Realtors who seem to know everything but in actuality don't. Just stay confident :)
