    Thanks for the great video, Seth. Would you be kind enough to provide the make, model and any other relevant details about the white (smooth) cylindrical bag shown at 2:23. How much does it weight when it's filled with water?

      I did a video on that bag. check out the other videos to get the details. I am a year removed from when i first bought it, and had some issues. I would have to reference those vids myself if I had to buy another one. it is the polyform f-11. it is still being used, though.

    what are the oval shaped buoys? Ive been looking around is that the A-5?

    Hello, Seth
    JUST heard of the bouy idea. Are they still holding up after two years? WHICH one do you use the most for hook and uppercut? Hope you are still monitoring this video. Does "double-ended" work to negate "HUGE" swinging/pendulum motion AND do YOU prefer the "swinging vs limited swinging". I have always used "old school" heavy bags (up to the 500#) but my old joints don't handle the shock well now and was searching for a "less punishing" heavy bag. I DO wrap and do have "gel" mitts to try to reduce pain in my 67 yr old wrists.

    • @sethlover1211
      @sethlover1211  ปีที่แล้ว +2

      they are still holding up, except for the A5 which a kid poked with a pen. the bouy gives well, and will help with the wrists.

      @@sethlover1211 Incredible response time. Was trying to decide if I wanted to "empty the bank" on a BOB XL which I had heard was also more forgiving than the "usual" heavy bag; opinion on the BOB XL, please, as I saw him in the background.

      @@katiebea9258 the kids in the program play with BOB. it's also forgiving on the hand. the serious athletes dont use BOB. it might be a good option for you if you are just staying in shape.
