    Hi Mike,
I have watched both Ticking Stick and Polishing Spindle videos. Good stuff! Your style of video reminds me of Toms Techniques--one of my favorite TH-cam Channels. I believe you have a real gift of teaching, and from the looks of your shop much experience in the area of machining and woodworking. I've been around a while and never knew about Ticking sticks--I'll keep them in mind for the next related project.
Regarding single-point thread cutting of the Polishing Spindle: Great Explanation! I really appreciate the time you took zooming in the machinist handbook and clearly explaining pitch and wires--very understandable--good value! Please keep the videos coming. I Really appreciate your effort and think you have a lot to share with the community--THANKS! You could be the next great Internet shop teacher with a huge following--keep it up!

Thanks for the generous comment, it is most appreciated. Yes Tom's Techniques is a great site. I do my best to pass on what I have learnt and am still learning. I'm not in the league of Tom as I am self taught and a hobbyist but do come from a trade background. I really enjoy passing on info and hopefully others get something from it. I will keep on creating videos from my workshop that I have built up over the years. Thanks once again. Cheers Mike
