When I was a kid I always dreamed of having a walk-in terrarium.. like turn a whole room into one.. and have like a miniature ecosystem..

You can use solar panels to help on your reptiles using then during the day is your best output, or you can run on battery's that you can change on

My Leopard Gecko was acquired by my nephew 4 years ago. He left Godzilla to me when he moved out. No itching, poops fine, eats well. He has lived in coconut coir all this time. He used to get only reflective light through two panes of glass; his aquarium glass and from the uromastyx aquarium next to and above his aquarium. Their aquarium is 18" and his is 12" high. He now has UVB 5.0 10 inches above him in a clamp lamp raised above his screen about 5". He crawls onto ledge of aquarium when doors are opened wiggling with delight and wanting to crawl into the superworms container in his excitement for feeding time. I feed him with stainless steel tongs. He eats well. He'd eat until he throws up if I let him. I say all this because I want the bioactive setup to be okay to use for him now. I have everything from your setup video except for the clean-up crew and plants or LED lighting for them. I will be waiting for the establishment of the clean-up crew before he goes into bioactive setup. The question is how can real plants survive in such minimal light as a leopard gecko needs. I suppose he will hide from the light during the light time. He does hide in his old setup from the 5.0 UVB. Did I answer my own question? Canopy plants over his cool and warm hides with plants that can survive those increments? I will be setting up a 36x18x18 front open aquarium with your products. I am signed up to your site but ai purchased through Amazon where I could get free shipping. Some I had to pay for shipping through Amazon to you though but not complaining. I am impressed by your videos, husbandry, knowledge, etc. I watch and rewatch videos for months as I acquired the contents for Godzillas bioactive setup.
I have asked questions in chat but waiting for answers on some so thought I would try here.

We do offer lights specifically to benefit plant growth. The UVB doesn't provide the proper spectrum to help your plants, only your gecko. As long as you keep your lighting schedule 12-on-12-off, replicating day and night periods, your plants and gecko will both thrive! I hope this helps. If you have any further questions feel free to email my team again and they should get back to you!

Lemon juice has a lower ph than vinegar so I wouldn’t be surprised if it worked even better

What is an unsafe pH for fossorial reptiles? And what ingredients should be avoided to stay away from that pH?
