Guided Meditation: Let the World Lose Itself in You

  • In this guided meditation we are invited to look beyond the limitations that perception and thought confer on reality. In doing so we see that the fact of simply being extends way beyond the limitations of the body and mind.
Rupert says that when being looks at itself through the prism of perception it perceives itself as forms. When being looks at itself through the filter of thought, it knows itself as names. But when being looks at itself directly, unmediated, it experiences itself as it essentially is: Eternal, infinite, without a name or a form.
As we sink more deeply into our being, our being loses the limitations that it borrows from the content of experience. The human experiences of peace, joy, love, and beauty are not really human experiences. They are instances where the infinite, the divine has seeped through the veil of appearances and is announcing itself in our world.
This guided meditation was taken from one of Rupert's retreats at the Vedanta February 18-25, 2023

When I walk, I don't feel I move anywhere. It seems like I'm at the same changeless "position" or "place" and it feels I'm always in the same "condition". But all the experience just happens, I'm living from moment to moment. Never looking back or forward, it's so natural and efortless. Thank you Rupert, I really regard you as my teacher ❤️... although only youtube teacher.

It’s a virtual reality immersion. You’re still and silent, aware and present, perceiving and participating in this reality that is ever changing, appearing, and fading away.

And all that is required now is to ask the question;. so who is the ONE that KNOWS this? What is it that is AWARE of the NONE moving, when moving? what is THAT which OBSERVES and by extension KNOW'S the looking of backward (memory) and forward (vision or equally illusory FUTURE)? Who is the "I" in this my? for this, one must not go INWARD or OUTWARD but perfectly that which knows BOTH and hence ALL. This is called simply BE-ING and THIS is YOU. AUMMMMM 🙏

@@GraceKanedesign its because Psychology has NOT come up with anything NEW in over a century, they will MEDICATE the crap out of you but other than not ONE thing new. Want to know why? because they KNOW there IS nothing to cure. The mind and process of thought are simply happenings. 🙏

Do things you enjoy, eat well, walk, meditate in nature, keep grounded. Remember nothing what's so ever has actually happened to you. What was here before, is exactly what is here now. You might still read books, even occasionally fall into seeking again, thinking you've missed something. That's normal too. But above all, the hardest part can be family. ..there is no within I...everything is presented to I...become aware of the back of the head. Observe that it appears to you. There is nothing behind I. I am formless Is-ness that is aware of I, that is aware of the language of I, that is aware that I am formless, that is aware of form. I am all that is. To go "within" the body is to be that which is neither within or without. Space is the illusion of the formless aspect of I. That formless aspect appears as form/spacetime/energy/matter/thought/ideas/comments/environment...the truth is that there is nothing to lose itself within and there is nothing to be lost within...all simply is...this truth is observable! Undeniable!
There is no shifting. There is no focusing. There is no beginning nor is there ending. There is no accepting nor is there rejecting. There is no knowing nor is there any unknowing. There is no posing nor is there any opposing. All of this is illusion of form: the formless aspect of I. Even this explanation is fiction. Form cannot describe I am that I am. Form is the formless aspect of I that I am. Form: the I am that is the I am that is not. How ludicrous an explanation is that? How can that which is not begin to describe that which is real? It cannot. Form in truth by being the formless aspect of I says I am that I am. Nothing more, nothing less.
It is I that is aware that I am formless, and it is I that is aware that form is the manifestation of I that is not! I am not form. I am that I am.
When I observe the person's (me) reflection "in" the vanity mirror, do I observe the recognition that the reflection of the person (me) is real? If there is an identification with the reflection it will be observed as Ego Sign: The alert of an unconscious misidentification with thought, which will keep getting louder and louder, with more pain and suffering, until it is recognised as the wake up call to the truth that it is! The truth is the pain and suffering that is Ego Sign says "Hello, I. No, not this!". Because all of form is the I that is not. The formless aspect of I.
The Language of Consciousness is the true language of I am that I am.
Observe. Love. Surrender with a Physical Sigh of Relief to that which is truth.
    Hello I. No, not this!
    I am that I am.

How then, should we apply this understanding to the parts of ourselves that got stuck in illusory perception of separation which occured in early childhood during traumatic events? I find this problematic as these unhealed parts keep coming back and drag awareness back into being lost in it's experience. It seems like meditation alone doesn't solve the issue.
