I am so grateful I AM ready to step into this understanding. It just helped everything. One of my sons is not listening to this in his car as he is traveling...and for all my children this is the next step. What more can a mother want. I am changing by the day collapsing the gap. At last!!!

Exactly, we do not move through Now.
    We are Now.
    Thank you so very much.❤

Forget I am. Observe and just become completely absorbed by what is awake within you.

An analogy would be the screen. There is only one screen on which images move. There is no new screen with every image. Similarly there is no new moment with every activity. All action takes place in one moment. The moment does not move. Like the moving images on the screen, action happens in this one and only moment. The content keeps changing, not the moment. But we feel as though the moment moves along with the content. That illusion is pretty powerful.
The same analogy can be extended to space. From the time of the Big Bang till now it is the same space in which everything happens.
If space could speak, it could tell us the history of the universe right from the beginning. So also with time. In the same moment, everything has been happening and will continue to happen.
Time and space do not move or change

"It was now, it is now, it was now".
Word gymnastics made to impress have the opposite effect. It comes off as desperate and ultimately losing.

Not meant to impress. Only to show the door. Language is also inadequate to describe what goes beyond a linear or limited dimension of understanding. It's just a reminder to be conscious of being in the NOW - if you let the idea of misdirection overcome your immersion in it, then you're not present. 🙏🏼

@@2020Decoder Sure sure. But the end result in all Spiras followers is a superficial intellectual epiphany from getting impressed and wow 'ed with words. None of it lasts or gets to the root of a true and lasting state. Being that he is such an enlightened master he should recognize this in his followers. So why does he keep trying to wow people with word juggling? Because that's all he has.
Of course you are not present as in "awake". And no mind trick is going to take you to it. It takes serious deep work. Not something I see any of these so-called Advaita teachers willing to teach. And not something their followers are capable of. This nonsense is a fad and attracts only the lazy and the slackers.
This is an example of intellectualizing spirituality, not true work.
