  • In this yoga meditation we investigate the Localisation of Consciousness and discrepancy between our understanding of what we are and the way we feel the body. We are guided to examine the raw experience of the body thoroughly.

    For Time being the one energy, is condensed into a form of body, but in reality I don’t really exist. Only empty luminous vibration exists, no form ....no shape ....no name..... A Single unlimited isness .peaceful self conscious awareness is dancing. As far as I am concerned Rupert makes it so easy for me to comprehend. Much love and appreciation to my beloved teacher thank you.🙏

    This is truly revolutionary material here. I love the fact that Rupert is so unapologetically radical, and yet talks down the "extraordinaryness" of the perspective, presenting it as simply natural and logical.

    I grasped something very profound during this meditation. I experienced by observing accurately the dissolving of the words sensation, feeling, pain, body, the other. In short I grasped "before the word" in the realization that all arises in awareness/consciousness. Thus the stuff all is made of is awareness. I also grasped that silence is the highest language and why. Thank you so much Rupert. You have a true gift to lead people on this inner pilgrimage for want of a better term.

      @@ForTheAges I obviously can only speak from my own sense of eloquent pointing. That said, I find that Amoda Maa has a very rare and beautiful way of addressing the cutting edge of the confusion we have in how to see clearly this moment (not to take away from Rupert in any way).
      I have but ONE teacher (with many faces). It could look like Rupert, or you, a cat, a handful of dirt, the warmth of the sun on my face......
      And that is what Amoda points to -- that this moments experience, what ever is seen or felt, is the Truth we seek calling us home. Our job is to simply be open. She expresses this in a deeply heartfelt way. IMHO.

    Omg man. Rupert's meditations are so incredibly profound. I literally hallucinate and experience everything on a subatomic molecular level. Expanding into gargantuan beings that expand infinity. Outside reason but inside truth. RS's Teachings are timeless. After the mediation is "through" I feel like it's only been 10 minutes and it's been over an hour. The way that Rupert looks around at the end of this mediation is almost alien 👾 to watch. Love you all dont ever lose sight of how magical this experience of life is. ❤️.

      Alan Watts in essence said the following. Words are abstractions. Abstractions leave out information. The concrete does not. So, in essence consciousness is the most concrete as it leaves out no information. The only concreteness there is. So words aren't wrong, they just leave out information so you can have the illusion of talking about "things".

I've had many insights and some samadhi experiences, but yesterday I experienced a shift. I now know why I could not understand the meaning of grace. When you understand that an ice cube will melt when you expose it to high temperature, why didnt it melt then?
    Answer: either you're understanding is faulty or understanding alone wont melt it.
    Because understanding the nature of reality has no effect on experience. That is how it is possible to have all those souls going through the motions of enlightenment over and over and over again

    Something I find a bit of a worry in my current acceleration (or is it a deceleration?) towards complete liberation, and/or dissolution, is that Rupert hath spake that it takes years to dissolve the deeply ingrained tensions or feelings and emotions in the body that keep the heavy fictitious self alive and well (or should I say dead, inert and not so very well at all. In fact, quite ill if I dare say...brings to mind, so to speak, a song called “The mind is a terrible thing to taste” - a play on the saying “The mind is a terrible thing to waste”). Should I despair that I may remain solidified and crystallized in the heaviness for quite some time? I don’t think my ego has a problem with that. By the way, I recently realized that the word “enlightenment” refers to a lack of heaviness rather than a shinning light of sorts. I patted myself on the back for realizing that.

      @@HolgerUs831 Been into nonduality for a while now. It all makes sense but I don’t know why the baseline feeling of awareness is pure love and bliss, would it not be completely neutral? • @HolgerUs831
      @HolgerUs831 3 ปีที่แล้ว +1

       @GSD07 Isn't nonduality beyond making sense.
      Completely neutral (without doer, without investment) is happiness through peace of mind.
      Conditioning and preferences are not a problem.
      And there is also 'spiritual marketing' ... keeping things interesting for people to come back.
      It was maybe Ramesh Balsekar who said that Sat Chit Ananda should have been called Sat Chit Shanti.
      The 'bliss' being more of a Western mistranslation... it is more on the side of peace, which seems to come closer to your 'neutral'.
      What is neutral?
      From whose perspective?
      Is someone doing neutral? No.
      The neutral (the screen) -- our true nature -- is... beyond words; its Presence, its perfume is joy, happiness, clarity, peace...
      Not only the baby, but also you are an enlightened Being... only temporarily distracted, alienated from the utter simplicity and naturalness of the obvious.
      What an amazing unfoldment; God is a drama queen.
      Sorry, I don't recall the video (-;

    REINFORCING this feeling of “being in a body IN a world” is the constant stress of money.We are so tied to money and it is killing me. This world belongs to bankers. I feel so trapped that money seems more important that air when you don’t have enough.

      Is it true that you don't have enough money in the moment? The stress is caused by replaying your thoughts about a painful future in the now, it's a movie you're playing in your head, as Byron Katie would say, so you create your own suffering deriving from a sense of lack, the one the separate self experiences.

    I love these meditation s thank you but please stop using the word God, it is so loaded and these meditations are supposed to be aligning people with the truth that sets them free right? So what exactly Is meant by God? And could you please just use that in the meditation.

    This is nothing remarkable - after all it is the very nature of bodily sensations that they don’t have a gender, border, a shape, a size. But they are certainly locatable within the body. I know that the tingling sensation is in my ear, on my arm, in my hands etc. If we tried this meditation using our visual perception of the body, we would see it does have an edge, a colour, a form, a size, a gender - but no feeling, no sound. Again , this is simply the nature of vision. How can such meditations reveal truth in our lived experience?

    I appreciate what Mr Spira may be trying to say. However, given what the world is where babies are dying all over the place, and there is famine everywhere, in my humble opinion none of these theories hold any meaning.

    It’s as probable that my personal consciousness will survive the death of the material body that I inhabit, as it will be that the personal consciousness of an alligator will survive the death of the material body that he or she inhabits.
