He needs to put the truck in Manual Mode for accurate numbers, he's just left it on Automatic to shift, and he needs to be in a higher gear like 7th Gear to gradually accelerate, thus getting an accurate number

But the highest numbers are only in absolute peak crank power conditions and probably tested in low lying places with higher air density. You could always do minor modding and maybe even get a tune to increase the power to the wheel. Reguardless I was shocked at how low that was compared to “peak” crank numbers

toward the end of the vid you didnt have to saying anything by looking at those "longFaces"all did not turn out as hoped.but the only way i guess is big dollar$ to get those high numbers.and who got that kind of money and to void your warranty.

I have the 6.4 Hemi in my 2015 2500 and it’s been a great engine... thirsty when towing, but a great truck! These numbers are closer to accurate than what that clown did with your Cummins, but I still wouldn’t trust them! I’ve never seen anybody do pull after pull after pull without shutting down in between and resetting the dyno! Don’t trust any of the numbers coming out of that shop. Dyno looks like he found it in a salvage yard somewhere anyway!

6th gear is the 1:1 gear and where every dybo should be done. We ways use the 1:1 gear for accurate results.

typically drive line loss is 20% but with heavy tire wheel combo that 20% might be pushing higher.
It is hard to say what is accurate on the dyno. You can take it to 10 different shops and get 10 completely different numbers.

he has that dyno softened up. there several adjustments to the roller resistance . then again that is all a dyno really is , is a targeting tool

There’s not much you can do besides switch off tires to low rolling resistance ones or max out the tire pressure on the ones you currently have.

That engine is designed to sit at WOT for extended periods (think fully loaded up a mountain pass). Their cycling won't effect it at all.
