Should You Bleed Your Fish ? Shocking Results !

My entire life, I have never bled a fish before cleaning them. I personally never saw the need to do so as I think fish taste great as they are, so why add an extra step ?
I know fellow anglers who swear by bleeding fish so I decided to give it a try to see what all the fuss is about.
In today's video I test the theory if bleeding a fish makes it easier to clean and if it makes the fish taste better. I took two similar fish ( species and size ) caught out of the same water, prepared them the same exact way with the only difference one was bled out and the other wasn't, and I compare them side by side with shocking results !
