So far to date for me the most informed video for manifold install . Also thanks for the tip on valve cover gaskets . Will not tell you how long it took me to get those last two in the back !!!
One thing I would add is, immediately after removing the intake plate stuff a couple clean shop towels in each intake port on top of the valves. Then some clean rags in the bottom of the intake manifold. You do NOT want ANYTHING to fall down in the cylinders. Once the gasket surface is clean and you're ready to pull the rags out I like to run my shop vac while I'm slowly taking the rags out.
Great video. I bought a 98 12 valve with this banks twin air. I’m having issues with the grid heater not working. Question - what did you do with the two ground wires for the grid heater?
Nice install and I agree with Richard, definitely the most informative video on TH-cam regarding the install on these. Did you notice any gains with it?
The thing Im worried about is whether or not that silicon you added to your valve cover gaskets is heat resistant? What kind of mess are you going to have if it isnt?
Side note this is the most helpful diy video I've ever seen on TH-cam
Thank you I really appreciate it !!!
Saved for my upcoming project.. great video@CVcustoms
@bankspower this dude did you a favor and made a dope install video for us 12 valve guys!

Yes but we did the turbo at the same time so I can't say witch was more worth it
So you cheese 🧀 wiz the gasket to the cover gotcha
Pusher intakes makes good shit
How did you clean off the gasket?
The thing Im worried about is whether or not that silicon you added to your valve cover gaskets is heat resistant? What kind of mess are you going to have if it isnt?
sorry I didn't point that out but I have been using it for years with no issues. not sure if it says it is or isn't.
Will this work on a 92 12 valve? Planning on getting a new head for it so is that something that I can do to make it so it will work?
Your injector lines will be in the way on the 92 ... if you convert to a p pump it will work no problem
Can you use the stock grid heater with the twin ram?
yes
Did it make any difference, was it worth $600?
Hey man can you use stock style fuel lines with the twin ram?
yes
is this snake oil or is it legit. what are the benefits
So you dont pop test those injectors before installing them? Well, good luck with that.
Dude you left out the most important part. TORQUE spec!
Sorry I made this video 3 years ago it was one of my first and you are the first to ask for torque specs
