There is a “healthy” range of body fat % to be in, and that girl certainly isn’t in it. Super sad seeing women idealize anorexia. Women are biologically predisposition to carry more body fat. Even if you want to argue over which body condition is the “healthiest” personally I would point to pro athletes. There are women with all kinds of different bodies that can accomplish amazing feats of strength or dexterity, few of them look like that woman.
Nothing she said was “ healthy”. Everything you said is spot on. It’s literally two sides of the same coin.
Especially since she equated being skinny with being healthy!!
Associating being skinny with being healthy is so wrong in so many ways man
Thank you, the subtext in those videos are SCREAMING
The further and further we get into any extremism ideologies I’ve noticed how fatphobia is coming right back like she never left
She is a trip...lol
skinny mindset and healthy mindset are not the same thing and it's not necessarily true that skinny people don't think about food all the time.
I want to eeeaat foood (for real I'm hungry)
you're clever btw, grounded words.
i cant with these fucking adults following trends like little kids
