Hi AY , In my agreement, there is a Subvention date mentioned, Subvention date = May 2021, But in the next paragraph it is also written that Builder has to pay the Pre EMI / Interest if possession is delayed. Now the question is builder MAHAGUN has stopped working on My tower after completing the floors and taken money from Bank. DO I will have to pay the EMI after May 2021, Since the project is delayed by 2-3 years.
If we pay preEMI till possession and saved money pay to builder to reduce loan disburse amount from Bank which reduce actual loan amount whether this will help

So I have been paying insurance group policy provided by banker from 2019. Is this how under subvention group insurance for home loan are provided. Please confirm

So if my 24 months gets completed then i'm liable to pay EMI or not? Or once the builder complete the 30th slab my EMI starts.

You can approach the concerned RERA authority for refund. On closing the EMI, your CIBIL will be adversely affected.
