Sir in case of chain of title me ek Sale deed missing ho to next Sale deed kaise prepare ho jata hai please elaborate. Aur hum kaise pata laga sakte hai ki missing sale deed par koi loan chal raha hoga.

I think you missed the Sale permission part. The DM office and municipality permission or development authority before making the deed. But the information was useful.

hi, I recently purchase shop in mumbai later noted that it has "general oc" and plot on which society building exist still not transferred to society. society is applying for same and i was told you will not have any issue in buy and sell or loan on your shop. i wanted to confirm "what is general occupancy certificate?" and will there be a problem in land transfer to society from builder. builder is reputed builder and made lot of buildings in that area. This property was create in 1997. I have kept 5 lac balance to seller and paid him 38.5 lacs out of 43.5 lac should i stop payment for hiding this land tranfer problme.

Cheque payment or RTGS payment karni chahiye high worth property transactions mein. Anyway cash transactions are illegal in real estate.
