Thanks for this longer video! I drive from San Jose to San Francisco often, and this makes it so that I don’t need to switch what I’m listening to the background during the drive :)
I love that you say, “there is no point bluffing into a dry side pot”. Countless times I’ve seen people “bluff”, third person folds, and then realize they still have to beat the all in player 😂
This was such a great video/film-like content. I really enjoyed watching it from start to finish 👍🏽 You have personally been my favorite cash-game player to watch for the past 1-2 years. Looking back at where you started and your journey to playing these games is inspiring! Keep it up Mariano! I wish you nothing but good fortune!
Going from 1/2 Poker to being up over $1 million in less than three years has to be one of the most impressive rises up the ranks that a poker player has ever accomplished.
Definitely a thumbs up to Joey as always. I always enjoy your vlogs as they are real and entertaining. It is a shame your friend couldn't learn from you. Glad to see you are now into profit, and I never doubted you would stay in the red for very long. I see Action Dan is in the Hustler millions and will be interesting to see how he runs. At least you were honest that this invitation was out of your budget. Can't wait for your next vlog.
50:19 can you explain why bottom pair/middle pair + backdoor are good bluffs vs strong straight draws/strong flush draws? I'm aware that having both is good for balance, I'm wondering in terms of equity and board interactions
Let's go Joey!!! Thanks for your hard work Mr. Editor. (Mariano when I saw you pause the video against Britney on the flop for a few seconds... AA vs AK, I knew it was going to go runner runner chop. lol i've been in that situation too many times, on both ends.
I always like the video even before it starts. I don't understand anyone who chooses to watch a video, enjoy it, and not, in the most minimal of actions, just click the thumbs up button...??? Angers me to no end...
I always smash that like button regardless but Great job Joey Joe Joe Junior Shabadoo ! I love the longer videos and thoroughly enjoy your insight into the hands. Congrats on the overall win and any time you wanna make a 2 hour video i'll be there watching.
this episode shows how important it is to every poker player's success to play in games with just awful players like 3 Coin , Trick Time and Arden ...who are willing to stack off hundreds of BBs with marginal holdings...
In this hand against Trick Time I immediately start feeling bad for Trick Time when I see the preflop hands of AT vs T8, thinking Trick is going to get coolered on a board of TT2-3-8. But no, Trick just punted off unnecessarily.
@@enricopallazzo3244 especially since Mariano had been running well against him and out-playing him up to that point - that's why i started to feel bad for Trick TIme. But after that last hand played out, I couldn't feel bad for him.
Been a rollercoaster of chips last couple/few weeks! Would be quite a show sitting the Millions game. Any chance you're considering getting in there next time? Staking 50%-ish for the lots to sweat?
Imagine being so rich you’re chill with going all in for $100k with nothing but top pair when both the flush and several straights complete on the river.
Hello Mariano, I hope you're well and doing great. Sorry to hear you're not playing in the $1M buy in at Hustler. Nice vlog. I'm glad you did good on this vlog. Peace ✌️
I also have already seen the hands on Hustler, but here it’s different! He explains the thinking process of every hand and every spot is well explained! Really the best, has that talent in his blood, way much better than any player, and there are a lot good one. But he plays another sport. 2 cents from Italian fan ✌🏻
Watched every minute of this loaded video! Good commentary and glad you did well. So at these levels, you’re averaging $2700 per hour. If you have a more accurate hourly over a longer period, then even better! Do you keep that in mind during sessions to help you from being anxious or to maybe ensure you stay aggressive enough?
@@MarianoPoker I like how you are honest with yourself and your channel fans, you know your limits and your goals, which are key to success in poker, Cheers mate!
Can’t be upset with playing well and running good (for the most part), always a great combo! Very nicely done! I’ve been playing my best poker over the last 6-8 months and don’t think it would’ve been possible to have run worse. Keep hoping the 1-2 outers on the river will stop but just hasn’t been the case. Happy for you and your channel though, keep it up! 🤙🏽
48:19 I can't believe Trick Time shoved the AT? What worse hands can he possibly get called by? It would seem to be a clear check-back. And I thought Mariano should lead river small to make it look like a block bet..
I respect that Mariano, even though he is as much a killer as any high stakes' player, doesn't play outside of his means. I'm sure he could figure out a way to play if he really wanted to.
I think letting us see what the river card is before you announce whether or not it helped your hand can add to the suspense of the videos! Still the best poker content out there
I'm guessing Arden has been watching a lot of Durrr's poker streams and convinced 86 suited is the best hand to go nuts pre-flop and smash it on the flop 😂
How do you jam that river with top pair? Turning it into a bluff? Played the hand well and then sees one of the worst cards in the deck on the river and just goes ballistic, makes no sense.
Rampage catching strays with that "$1 million game is out of my bankroll comment." Hahaha
Hahaha! I wish Rampage would take a leaf out of Mariano's play book. Winning and having a good time is nice.
Yeah Rampage needs to slow down. Usually I see Mariano buying in for $100k, Rampage like $500k and going all in compulsively.
2 years from now Mariano vlogs are gonna turn into movie night
Lol

3coins' min preflop raise from the straddle into 4 people with 84 suited is a level of poker brilliance we can all aspire to. Just next level.
And then CALLED with no pair, no draw on the flop
brilliance? anyone can be reta*rded and do that if they like losing money
If you watched that stream, that was one of his better played hands. The regulars will definitely want to invite him back!
The acting is real
His net worth is going to 3 coins he keeps playing like that !
"A short film."
😂
I really liked mariano from 2 years ago
I love the long binge content
Marianos vlogs are like artwork. Every part of his life is in very neat order. He owns many leather bound books.
Lol I see its an hour and auto skip
I love that you say, “there is no point bluffing into a dry side pot”. Countless times I’ve seen people “bluff”, third person folds, and then realize they still have to beat the all in player 😂
I mean, still better to get the third player out, right?
Although this side pot wasn`t dry, there was around 12k in it. But in actual dry, zero dollar side pots, this is true.
right? dumb logic.
Probably the most annoying shit people do at the poker table
Rampage seeing Trick Time punting that river bet -- "Ooo that's what I would've done. That's not good"
These long videos are awesome
This long video was an absolute banger, cheers Mariano

I just realized that Arden Cho plays poker and she’s a tournament crusher too? If anyone doesn’t know she played a large role in Teen Wolf. Crazy

What was Trick time thinking on the river? Pretty straightforward checkback it seems.
Dropping a like for Joey. Shoutout Joey.
@mariano if you’re playing stand up and you only run it once and chop does anyone sit?
They usually count the first runout
loved the river check with ten high flush you gave him room to bluff or in his mind to value bet!
20 mins or 20 hours i’d watch it all Mariano ❤
35:30
I need this shirt bad where do I get it
Damn, Arden trying to make it big hustling NLH after her role in Avatar
12:39 mike x makes sure his hand is no good and then jams. The usual
I love the way you word and explain things keep it up g ! 🍀
Hello Mariano
It is an absolutely amazing episode ❤
Whenever it pauses when trick time jams all in dead, you should insert the "at this moment he knew he fucked up" meme
Congrats man on this 10/8 against trick time! Big fish from Texas

Why did u chop the pot at 18:15
They ran it twice. George won the first board and Mariano won the second.
Guys, can someone help me where can I order this kind of deck what they are using? I just love it and find nowhere :(
Pretty sure you'll play the $1m soon bro, you are a solid player.
Not anytime soon but thanks man

Great sessions Joey did awesome
Mariano it only figures you should have Joey working on your tapes! Class Act deserves a Class Editor! Tks much appreciated!
I think you can jam T8s with what's left behind. Deny overcards and better flush draws/live cards.
I don’t understand why trick time all in the river when straight and flush out there, maybe two pairs would call it as player as Mariano.
Great video. Lots of action.
We smashed the like button 2 seconds after the upload. 😎
Do they really have the Garrett poster hanging? Why?
Love the Long Video Format :)
Congrats. The T8 was nice. Unfortunate with the last couple.
