I have seen a couple of these Amtrak AEM-7’s that are preserved at the Railroad Museum of Pennsylvania in Strasburg, Pennsylvania and the Illinois Railway Museum in Union, Illinois.
Thank you, Dave, for this great train video...stay in Baltimore...it is hot in New Mexico, and we have several forest fires burning in our state...Peace.
I get why MARC had to stop running the AEM-7’s. I don’t get why engineers don’t turn on the ditch lights on those MARC AEM-7’s. They do on the AMTK ones. But other than that great shots of the train in action! 👍🏾🙂!
i dont know. maybe thats a spot where they so down to waste time if theyre ahead of schedule? bwi airport is the next stop beyond the bend, maybe that has something to do with it?
@@BaltimoreAndOhioRR That's cool! thanks for quick explanation, cool you check comments on the old videos. I assume you have comment notifications on all videos turned on like me?
Haha nice I had a feeling that's what that was indicating! But what if the signal indication changes to an approach limited or something of that nature!?! Do they disregard that 100 mph sign?!? Sorry for the stupid question!

i shouldnt be answering because i certainly dont know all the facts, but from what i understand, that is obviously the MAXIMUM speed, when the signal is clear (green). when it is anything other than straight green, i suspect there are different rules to determine what the speed is.
I know what will it be because I see a CS 64 over there I went under a bridge we saw a CS 60 for a grade I'm going to destroy the bridge and get my bus back
But you know about ace commuter train service. You know about ace commuter trains. We only know about some commuter trains. Or SEPTA? Something does this.
Amtrak, aem 7. Welcome to your new train carpooling. You are an Amtrak Marc train now. I can't believe it. Amtrak, aem 7. You have unlocked Amtrak's favorite mark commuter train. Things. These are double Decker trains. NJ Transit will accept more commuter trains coming. Wow. That's what Aem Sevens do. But there should be another train coming I should have. Diesel because. They stole the mark commuter train cars. Did that? Are we one then? Well, well that's there, but why? You can trust. I can't go. Can't trust you can only. OK, you're good at that. Oh my goodness am 7 here so fast.

That’s the most cleanest footage I’ve seen of the AEM-7, was this before or after the retirement? And does marc still have them?

i dont know. maybe thats a spot where they so down to waste time if theyre ahead of schedule? bwi airport is the next stop beyond the bend, maybe that has something to do with it?
They have an approach signal. That means prepare to stop at the next signal. This is because of Marc stopping.

Some commuter trains may go backwards if it's a marc diesel train.
