What I've found in my experience is that when I'm burned out, unmotivated, and uninspired any way, that this is a direct reflection of my giving all my energy and spiritual power to the external world. The key in my experience is to bring the energy back into ourselves and who we really are, making it so that all the things we do in our day actually increase our energy, instead of bringing us down. This means that you can build a life around an energy of receiving. This has allowed me to increase my energy, feel better, and also get more done while not "sacrificing" my energy and my true values. Great video Jay! I do like my job, loved it, worked my way to senior management but unfortunately I am going through the worst time, my manager is a bully, speaks to me rudely, does not respond to emails, no email equittte....I will send an email very professional Hi xxx, Trust you are well, and type what I required, ending, kind regards or Thank you. But he responses back with no greeting, just a rude few work. He is constantly getting at me.. My mum has cancer and a week ago was very ill and told him I couldn't attend a meeting but will email relevant information, he told me you will go to the meeting. My leave he refuses to give me and I have had to beg. I dont want pity, but since telling him a doctor's diagnosis, he refuses. This is affecting my ability to to focus, concentrate.
