great idea! this is a good one for mixing up the stances too for longer holds you should give indian clubs a try if you have not yet tried them. there is nothing quite ike the light indian clubs (2-4 lbs) for conditioning the joints through a full range of motion
Thank you for that! They have been on my radar for a while, but I have mostly been working with kettlebells which is great practice as well and suits me and internal development perfectly. But club training has a strong appeal as well. So again, thank you I will definitely check them out. Happy training!
@@ChiSkills kettlebells are great, but what is different about the club/meel and gada/mace is the leverage and rotation created by the shape. so the movement pattern requires a lot of skill and it feels very different from the kettlebell swings. because of the rotation, there is a ridiculous amount of hand activation, especially around the thumbs, and a more expansive range of motion that is conditioned. considering where you are already at with your training i'm excited for you to try them
Thank you for this detailed explanation. It makes perfect sense that due to the shape it will strengthen in a next level way. Very careful with the starting weight is important with this. Like with kettlebells it’s very easy to get into a mess, lol. Thanks again, a very worthwhile addition to the training I am definitely going to explore! You got me inspired.

How do we train the electric?
You do the exact opposite. Stand in the circle of the elastic band and push the joints open. Good luck and happy training!
