That’s so awesome! As a non vegan, you have to be careful how it’s prepared and what add-on ingredients you use. One year, My family friend said she made some veggies for me and after almost finishing the plate, found out she fried them in bacon grease 😩. My family laughed about that all day. If your overwhelmed with all of the other things you have to cook , just do the Chocolate Whipped pies for desert! Vegan and non-vegans LOVE it! Also, make a few things Vegan by default and no one (besides the vegan) will even know the difference! Roasted veggies and potatoes (in canola/olive oil), vegan cornbread, fried onions and maybe one small vegan gravy.... BOOM! Everyone is full, fed and happy 😊❤️

I made vegan collard greens this year
Used smoked tempeh in place of the meat. They turned out so delicious!!!!

jiffy actually makes a vegetarian jiffy that’s accidentally vegan! vegetable shortening is in place of animal lard. i found it at my shop rite.
