If you want to maximize the helpfulness of your video, you could include a few more things, but you might need to have a person assisting you so that one person can be holding and moving the parts and the other can be recording. As others have done, you could have shown each step in your video, even if some of them are only 5 seconds. For instance, the removal of the cover over the one long bolt that needs to be removed to lift the door panel (card), is not obvious. Also, you showed the removal of the lug that is holding the black plastic cover over the latch unit but you could also show how you actually follow that with removing the cover itself. Of course, that must be done after you have removed the 2 very short bolts in the door jam that hold the latch. Then you could show how the outside door handle is connected to the latch mechanism and how to remove that and the key lock connection. Then it would be easy to show how those things get connected to the replacement latch mechanism. Some other videos actually show the worn material the the microswitch rubs up against, and yet, it is tricky to repair that so your decision to just replace the entire latch mechanism makes sense. A lot of the after-market devices get very poor reviews, such as, users who report that they only last a few weeks or months, so it would be good to be very explicit about what after-market product you used and how you found it so we can use the same part numbers. Also, since this video is 30 months old, it would be helpful to know if your after-market part is still working.
