@@CarChris82 yhh I’m having problems with my central locking system it’s doesn’t lock at all from the inside. But I’m guess that has to do with the window being unable to close. Hopefully. Today I was able to programme my key fob to my car. So happy.
After run pumps are tempermental you just need to switch ignition on to test them. My last TT needed the micro switch done aswell i just baught complete unit aswell lol. Cool video

Nice vid Chris. Having followed you and your mk2 and copied some of your mods, same TTRS grill and maxton splitter and side skirts etc, looks like I need a mk 1 now😂😂 keep up the good work👍
My last mk2 TDI went through 2 auxiliary pumps so appears to be a common theme. Wish I saw this first though or else I'd have tried a hammer first haha.
Yeah does seem to be a problem it did start working after hitting it but I don't know for how long so I will probably just replace it for peace of mind
I got the same problem with my door. I need to replace that microwitch which recognize closed/opened doors. But also I got bigger problem with the rubber seal trim (with the red circle) is scratching car paint. I got broken holes where you mount that door seal and it moves around when you close the door. Should I throw off that seal or is it necessary to keep it? Any way to fix it? I bought a car with that scratch mark and it starting to rust 😢
You have the coupe but I try. I have the roadster and on the left side there is a space between the Capote and the window. So the rain can cames inside..do you know hot to set the Capote so to have a better close? Thank you!

I've not had a problem reading codes and doing bits on a 2002 bam and its handy to keep in the glovebox
Those under tray clips are a pig. Even the peg they go on to have rusted away on mine. I think I might spot weld some pegs on to push the clips on to!
Yeah get them sorted mate you don't want the under trays dragging on the floor
