Kh4lidz I can do the movement correctly except a couple things like the granby roll and stuff like that. I’ve got to the point where I can tap people but Grtting to a offensive position it’s really hard for me 😂, my ‘defence’ isn’t too bad I don’t get tapped out as many times as I did in my first month but, if it was a competition i would be losing on points

i do martial arts and i can do advanced stuff but i can’t roll on my right side. only my left

Sprained mine. Trying to go faster. Learned 2 lessons that day. One I'm not 12 anymore and don't bounce off surfaces like I use to. And two take my time it's not a race. Getting injured means I can't train. So i take my time now
